F shouldn't be the letter to represent them...if I could even to Z I would. If there could be a no stars rating that's them. They are the worst company ever. Sad it started our beloved ****** How could a company do this to people. I talked my husband into this. More years than any of you. The cash had been rolling out of our wallet forever. They really don't care. File here...complain on any review. There's legal sites you can try. But this is enough.

Total rip-off paid and never used it called to cancel within the time Frame they told me the guy died and I have to keep paying please we should start a class action law suite

************ is not worth the time it takes to write a review BUT.......We Booked a trip to ****** with these people. The hotel was subpar, not cheap & we were not offered or given any of the limited "perks" offered. Their comment was that was our job to know, they just make the reservations. We rented a car in ******************* ****** through ***. When we got to ******* Car Rental, we gave them our reservation details. We had pre-paid for the rental weeks prior to the tune of $448.00. On their website they say free mileage and free insurance. We gave them our information and they told us that we had two options for insurance, $600.00 for six days for liability only and $1000 for 6 days for 80% coverage. ****** only requires liability, which is about $1.00 a day. They would not release a car to us without paying these ridiculous prices. This was a shady business from the start, run down cars, bait and switch tactics, and fraudulent prices for insurance, and *** should have vetted them before customers make reservations with them. We called the *** after hours hotline, as it was Christmas day, and told them our situation, literally from their lobby. We then went to ****** and rented a car from them. I have since called *** at least a dozen times trying to get a refund, only to be told a dozen times that they are investigating the matter. It is now February and no answers, no refund. ******* Car rental told them we were a no show, however I asked *** if they saw our call on Christmas day in their call log, and they confirmed that they did see that we called, again multiple times. It makes no sense that we paid for a car, then went to another car rental and paid more to get a car from them. *** customer service is lousy, they do not want to refund money for a car/product that we did not receive. We paid a yearly membership fee of $250.00, and yet zero customer service for a service that we did not receive.
