I made a purchase ordering some snack bars from Kind Bar Snack website. I paid $77.00 for this order. In tracking this order through their Website and Fed Ex. I was suppose to receive this order on Oct. 7, Saturday, between 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM. I never received this order. I called several times and could not get anyone. I waited until 4:00 PM and still no order. I telephoned Fed to have this order returned to sender. There would have been no reason for me not to receive this order because it was coming from their site in Brooklyn,**, and it was received at this site at 6:04 AM. Brooklyn is not far from Manhattan. This was a food item and the time it traveled and the time I did not receive this item did not make this product edible, especially the time they took to NOT DELIVER THIS ITEM. ORDER #************. I attempted to telephone them to no avail. I left a message on their phone around 2:30PMCustomer response

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved. The sent my order yesterday.
