Unfortunately, I am very disappointed with the service and product I received at this salon in *******. I expected better of the **********! I first visited this salon about 6 months ago to have microblading done on my eyebrows, and the color fell off in the sink in chunks less than a week later. After my second visit for a touch-up the color stayed much better, but still not as expected, and the color was poorly chosen by *** (it was too dark). *** was very professional otherwise, and she was very thorough in picking out the right shape of the color. She was meticulous and took her time, which was appreciated. The numbing cream applied to my eyebrows did not work well at all... the entire process was very painful and lasted over 2 hours each time. I now have "holes" in my eyebrows from where the color did not stick. There is some color left, but not much, and I paid over $800 for this service. Furthermore, I was scheduled for a second follow up appointment a couple weeks ago to check on my brows a few months after the service. I was told at my original appointment that if I booked the follow up at that time, I would receive a discount, so I signed up. However, I was out of the country at the time of the second follow up, and simply forgot about it. I received a text message the day of the appointment reminding me about it.... but the text was sent one hour AFTER the appointment time. The salon then proceeded to charge me a $150 No Show fee. I tried my best to dispute this with them and ask for leniency, but they refused to provide it. The salon was clean and the staff was very nice... however, I think everyone would agree that at the end of the day, it's the actual "product" that matters. And for the cost of this service, nearly $1000, the treatment was not at all worth it.
