            The Company was paid in full and agreed to ship on 6.28.24. Until I contacted them one day after their provided delivery date, they told me it has yet to ship. I told them that wont work and to cancel it. Within a few minutes they said it couldnt because the **** had the items. That turned out to be a lie as they only printed a postal label from their office. The tracking below will show that the product has yet to be provided to the ***** They are just trying to chisel $223.11 and wont take responsibility for their shortcomings. Very low end Company.

            Hi *****! Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We want to apologize for the lengthy delay of your first order. We know first impressions are everything, and this is not our typical Sundays experience. Please note that all first-time orders were shipping with a delay in order to prioritize inventory for our current subscribers and their pups who are already acclimated to Sundays. We recognize this is not ideal for you, which is why we have a clear disclaimer regarding these delays prior to checking out as well an option to select which ship week is most ideal for you. We've included a similar disclaimer in our order confirmation emails so all of our new customers are aware of this unusual shipping timeline while we work to get back to our typical delivery schedule as quickly as possible. It looks like your order has been fully refunded at this point, but please let us know if there's anything else we can assist with here!
