I had a terrible experience at this place. I bought my dog and asked multiple times if the dog was in good health before the purchase. One of the sales guys goes "he was seen by the vet yesterday." I then bring up his eyes beginning to say they are red and he has bad tear stains that have not been kept up with. The sales man picks up the dog and shakes him by his front two paws to say "his eyes are fine." I then asked if they cover neutering costs and he says "we will include it in the price, but he has to get it done before you leave with the puppy." I called a vet to asks them if that was normal. And no it isn't healthy for a puppy to be neutered at his age. They also wanted me to pay cash and asked multiple times. I immediately bought the dog because I felt he was in a very unsafe place. Same day of purchase I brought his to the vet and they said he has kennel cough and he was not cared for properly at citipups. He in fact was not seen by the vet the day before. A day after he wakes up unable to breathe where I have to rush to the *** I contacts citipups to cover costs. I was soon after connected to ******** who reimbursed me for some of the costs. She was difficult to speak to and was shifting the conversation after everything I did say. She made me sign a contract to get the reimbursement so I didn't come back. That contract had the wrong numbers based on what I paid for the dog. It's like she knew I would have more expenses and that's why she made me sign it. Yes... I had a ton of other expenses after that but couldn't afford not to sign the contract. I contacted them again about the ongoing health issues and the false paper she made me sign and she ignored me. This place was supposed to get shut down just like American Kennel. It was on the front page of the newspaper for animal abuse and the same guy that works at citipups worked at American Kennel.
