I hired Iconic Booth Co. to have a photobooth brought to my husbands surprise birthday party. Initially it was very easy to set up and make my first payment and I was told that I would get an email prompt for the second and final payment. When the second payment came I immediately paid the invoice. I purchased photo booth props and I also had to provide a meal for the attendant and added that into my head count for the party. Day of my party the photo booth never arrived and I called the owner twice with no answer. Mid way through the party I got a phone call, but did not answer due to being in the middle of the event, then I was bombarded with text that were full of excuses as opposed to a solution. I was very angry and annoyed with having paid in full for a service that never showed up and the owner of Iconic Booth Co. made excuses and quite honestly very rude for the situation. I would like to be reimbursed for the money I paid to Iconic Booth Co., the photo booth props, as well as the meal that I was told I had to provide for the attendant. The total amount is $430. I would also like to be able to prevent this company from taking advantage of other innocent individuals. I can also enclose my text messages with the owner if I can be provided with one from the person handling this claim. Thank you.Customer response
