Bargain Plumbing was hired to do plumbing work in my kitchen. He was hired by my contractor who asked me to pay him directly. I do not know the date of the work, neither communicated that with me. Bargain Plumbing had the building review that noted he needed a permit for the work. He came and did part of the work without a permit. He is saying he did not know (even though he did) he needed a permit and is now asking for more money to obtain the permit. He is not being honest or ethical in his licensed trade and is doing work without required permits.Business response

Bargain Plumbing & Heating has not been active for over 6 months. There is no date on this complaint. Additionally, I cannot determine any action regarding this complaint without the names of the contractor and the name of the plumber.Customer response

Better Business Bureau:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ********, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:I have documentation from plumber *************************** from this business, estimate attached, with other email documentation and phone calls available as well (******** called me most recently on 12/29/21). The date of service is unknown because that was coordinated with the contractor ******** ************ and subcontractor *******; they did not inform me. Bargain Plumbing accepted payment for this job, attached as well. I also have documented email conversation from **** from their office.
