Yesterday I took a pole dancing class at this studio and it was almost 90 degrees outside, but the air conditioner wasn't working. The studio kept claiming it was working and denied that it was broken but it was so hot in the room no one could utilize the class because we were all sweating profusely. It was also not much air circulation and I felt it was difficult to breathe and I was very lightheaded in the class. Classes are 45 dollars for a class so it is a waste of a lot of money if you go to one and the air isn't on in the middle of July. It's also a safety issue because it increases the likelihood of someone passing our or falling off the pole from sweat. I emailed customer service to voice my complaint and they did not respond. I had asked for a refund.Initial Complaint

My friend purchased tickets on Groupon for one session at Body & Pole fitness center. I had issues with signing up for a class and is not receiving any help. I’ve sent multiple emails and called in multiple times .I’m afraid that the class will get booked and I would not be about to join or get the money back. Can you please help me?Business response

We have already responded previously to the client. They are registered for a class using the Groupon and we have provided instructions on how to sign in again or give our front desk a call to reset password over the phone.
