    I find it difficult to do business with BullionVault (UK)As they over exaggerate 'security' with us clients and make it difficult to add money to an existing account. I only want to add **** to my account, but BV hasn't credited it yet (>1 week). The amount is soooo high, that . . . they want me first to upload existing bank account statements, specific declarations, pictures of myself and my passport and utility bills in order to prove my exitance and address. But I already have provided that when I first sent them money and opened the account.

The problem is that you sent funds from a bank account different to the one you had validated with us and for which we had the proper records.We called and discussed this with you the day it happened. You opted to re-validate with the new bank account, so that we could accept these new funds.That required new documents and verification. Why?Each BullionVault user account is always linked to one, single bank account. This is common practice for many financial services companies, including major stock brokers, because it reduces costs and hassle for both you and the provider, and it helps ensure we meet our anti-money laundering obligations in law. Most importantly for you, it provides a 'fail safe' for your security. It means that, in the worst case scenario, funds can only ever be transferred back to one source your linked and verified bank account. No-one could re-direct money to their control merely because they managed to log in to an account.Thanks to the documents and verification you have supplied, your account is now re-validated and linked to the new bank account. This is now the sole source of incoming funds and the sole destination for your money when you sell and withdraw.
