This company *********************************** charged us $2416.51 for a print job and kept delaying after promising a delivery date. We had to update an address and they charged us another amount of $241.7 for that. But, it was sent from both the company bank account and via my Cashapp as we didn't wanna delay the payment. They accepted both payments and never refunded that in the first case. So the total amount comes to $2889.91. Secondly, we cancelled the order as they delayed the delivery date despite paying the address change money on time. We wanted a refund for the cancellation and never got any update on it ever. It's a horrifying experience. We checked reviews online later and it is apparently a fraud firm. I am surprised their website is even operational.Initial Complaint

It was supposed to be produced the same day and shipped Next Day Air. None of these things happened and the company refuses to refund me. 5/29: Original order of $392.51 was placed on 5/29 for same day, rush delivery with an expected delivery of 5/1.4/1: An email was sent from samedayrushprinting.com on 4/1 letting me know there was a hold on the order. In their system the hold had the following notes: "Your order is being placed on hold. We have made sever attempts to contact you, with no response. Unfortunately, there is no sized specified in your order." Unfortunately, this note is false. With the exception of the status change notification email, I did not receive any calls or emails regarding the hold or the order as a whole. To date, I have never received any outreach or response to any of my contact to the company.4/1: I attempted to call the company and was on hold for 30+ minutes on 2 separate occasions without reaching a representative. I did reach a representative on one try and explained the issue, she connected me to 'someone who could help' and the call immediately dropped. I replied to the email confirming the size of the decal.4/2: Since there was no response to the email or change in status, I called the customer support number. I was connected with someone who told me I needed to use the chat on the website to get refunded. I communicated with someone via chat, with no resolution (exchange attached). I was given the management email (also attached) and a phone number (called and left voicemail).4/5: Followed up to management email.4/12: Followed up to management email.As of today, 4/12 (10 business days after the order was placed, 9 business days since the hold was resolved, 8 business days since the refund was requested) I have neither received the items that were ordered or a refund, I have also not received any response or status update.I want a refund and advertising/claim that they offer same day shipping removed from site and marketing.Customer response

Order placed on 12/12 for a total of $547.90. This included $123 in charges for same day delivery per attached invoice and documentation. Immediately after placing order i realized this was not a guarantee so paid an additional $204.67 for order to be delivered via courier same day. I was also asked to pay an additional $272.19 for printing costs. I should not have been communicated that package could be delivered same day if that was not the case. And I paid additional money that was ultimately not used for shipping (i have learned package was shipped overnight delivery but not for a.m. delivery).My order was not received on 12/12 despite paying $327.67 in delivery charges. Business is unresponsive to online requests. They are claiming that delivery was "estimated" even despite requesting and allowing me to pay additional money. Delivery was not made until 12/14 at 1:02 pm. I am requesting a refund of shipping costs (at a minimum). This is unethical to request additional money and then claim all delivery is "estimated" with no refund option. I placed an order on their website for an order that I needed turned around quickly. The website looked legit, lots of reviews, BBBand security logos at the bottom, incredibly believable. I placed the order and I thought it was odd that they required transfer account payments or an exceptionally high credit card fee. As I needed the product quickly, I submitted payment through my bank via Zellefor $1000 (my bank only allows a daily *** of $1000). As soon as I submitted I had the feeling I was scammed. I called my bank (***** Fargo) immediately to report it. They filed the report but ultimately, didn't help me and only said that I was at fault. They did confirm that the transfer went through to the email account that was listed on the company payment instructions. I've tried emailing the company and talking to them through their chat only to receive dead ends, no help, loop backs to their dead end website, and they refuse to acknowledge receipt of payment. They of course won't refund me and are saying "all sales are final "and that they won't update my account or "fulfill the order" until payment is received in full which I told them I wouldn't send them anymore money until they acknowledge receipt of the initial payment. They won't connect me to accounting or any human to support and just refer back to the website which of course does not have any support. After I realized it was a scam, I checked the links on the site, many of them are dead. I did a broad search on the web and there are many people stating they were also scammed, never received product and experienced the same issues I have. The BBB link on the website links to an internal link. The actual BBB gives them a score of an F. Upon closer look, none of the products are real on the site, they are all computer generated. Same with their social media handles. I would love to receive my money back I do not want anyone else to fall victim to their scam. I of course feel like a fool for falling for it.Initial Complaint

Paid for a Customized Photo 50x60 Plush Blanket for my sister who's leaving for college. I spent well over $100 to receive 2 day shipping. I was having ordering problems and reached out to a rep via chat and they were helpful.. I paid via Cash App... I reached out to ******* to inquire if they have received payment and they did not respond. I kept asking and when I noticed the difference in response time when I started to ask about my money, I KNEW AT THAT VERY MOMENT that I JUST WAS SCAMMED. That's when I decided to look up reviews on this company and saw several "scam" reviews. I knew I was screwed! I felt so stupid! IT was out of desperation that I didn't do my research, as I know that I should have............................ Just to know for sure, I reached out to ******* again stating that I'll like for them to help me with another order, they quickly responded "SURE"............................. SMH... Just like the other complaints I was done wrong as well ordered july 29th 2023 and never received the product and yes they say file as friends and family but i still filed a dispute to see if I can get my money back. 24/7 chat doesnt answer and people who pick up on the cs line say use chat no refunds no product nothing i'll see what pp does but these folks needs to be stopped i'm calling my local news stationInitial Complaint

I placed an order with a company called Same Day Rush Printing, an online printing and shipping company. My order statuses have not been updated for 2 weeks. Every time I use live chat, I am told they will look into the status of my order, but never return with an update. When I call all of their customer service numbers to speak to a person, they say the same thing, put me on hold, and then the call drops/they hang up on me. Date of transaction: 7/14/2023 Amount of money spent: $1,447.99 They committed to same day printing and next day shipping I paid my money via CashApp, their customer service is not responsive, my order has not been delivered. Beware of this scam!On 5/29/23 I placed an online order. I was asked to pay using Paypal "Friends and Family" to send payment, which is their clever way of not allowing any chargebacks via Paypal.The order has not been delivered as promised even though I paid extra fees for overnight delivery.Their customer support does not respond. We reached out to Same Day Rush Printing on May 16th 2023 as we were looking to have 200 tote bags printed and shipped as soon as possible. We purchased the bags with the 2 day shipping option on the same day. On their site, it still says the expected delivery date is May 19th and it is now May 29th and the order still states that the status of the order is Received. We tried calling for an update and they told us that the products were in production so we could not cancel the order even though on the site the order still has a status of Received and each time we try to chat in, they stop responding as soon as we mention asking for an update or making any changes to the order. When we try to call to ask for a status update, they tell us they cannot provide that information over the phone because we did not pay for Guaranteed Shipping and that we need to check the website. When we try to ask any further questions they are extremely rude and either hang up or put us on hold and then eventually the call disconnects. The Guaranteed Shipping price was over $500 after we have already paid close to $$ ******** for the bags. It has now been *************************************************************************************** resolution and have been unsuccessful. Our order number is #*******Customer response
