TV Guide sold me a subscription through synapse services *** when Amazon sold magazine subscriptions. My subscription did not expire till 9Sep2024 and my last bill was $21. In June of this year (2024) they tried to take $91.17 SEVEN times the last subscription rate and 3 months early. I disputed the renewal with them and they turned around and canceled my account, shorting me the 3 months they still owed me till my current account expired. Now they claim they cannot refund me the subscription they cut off. So in the scheme of things I as the customer is still left short funds here. I have written several emails communicating my issue and all they will say is they are not affiliated with Amazon when I got my subscription yet THEY were the seller back then too. This company lies and steals from their customer.Review from Janice M

We ordered a tv guide based on the offer of a tote bag with our subscription. This was 4 months ago. Repeated call to the company resulted in no tote bag. They refuse to send the bag. They used false advertising to get our subscription. we want a refund on our subscription price.Review from Frances S

TV Guide constantly harasses me about my renewal in June, even though it will not be up until the end of November. They do this every year, and then threaten to end my subscription that is still paid for!! I have sent them the information by mail at least 3 times, and they still mess it up. Are they just plain stupid or don't they know how to add??? If my husband did not want the TV Guide, I would not even renew it. they are a very annoying company!!Review from Andrew B

I pay for a subspshon to TV Guide Magazine and it is all ways late or does not show up till the end of the first full week of Aug and my subspshon is due for renel in Nov 15 2021 and I am feed up with geting the TV Guide Magazine late and I would only give TV Guide Magazine a haf of a star not a hole star and I spen more money o the TV Guide Magazine for not geting it on time TV Guide Magazine is withless and not with the mony
