I placed and paid for an order of 2 death certificates from **********, *********** using your service on June 27, 2023 at almost $75 which was immediately charged to me. The estimated delivery was given of Oct. 24, 2023. After multiple attempts to wait on hold and speak with someone about my order this morning someone finally answered! I was told by your representative that my order should be mailed next week. Whether that is true or not we shall see.I suggest you consider a system of better informing your patrons of the status of their orders most particularly when an estimated delivery is delayed for months as mine was. Whether that might be an email with an update or a fix on your website system of allowing someone to check the status of their order beyond the current expiration of the ability to do so, or a notice on the order of the change in expected delivery.Needless to say, I will never use your service again nor would I recommend it but rather discourage anyone from ever using it. If my order does not ship nor arrive by end of next week I will be disputing with my credit card company for full reversal of charges due to failure to deliver the order on your part.One star was selected though I would give no stars if allowed.

Horrible service. Ordered long form birth certificates for my passport. They sent short forms which were completely unusable. **************** was rude and insisted i pay more money to fix their mistake. Avoid them if you can

This company is terrible. There is no follow up and they are currently as of August 2023 only processing January 2023. Their average time is 150 BUSINESS DAYS! They are expensive, I paid $68.00 and ************** only offers this company as a way to obtain a Birth Record. I don't even know if this is a copy of the original or just basic stats and there is no way to find out. I have called several times and was put on hold over for 1 1/2 hours before someone, who knew nothing other than what was on the website, answered. Had to give them one-star because this review won't process any other way. I would like to give them minus -5 stars.

I would give a 0 star if possible. Company is a scam. Call your birthplace vital records to order your birth certificate. This company said it would take a year to get! Not true! They wont issue a refund.

I ordered a birth certificate for my husband in January 2023. I've yet to receive it. I sent $57.00, and thought by now we would have received it, but nothing. I've been ripped off. Don't order anything from this "CON" company. The only reason I clicked on 1 star is because I had to. This company is a -0- star company. Beware!

Never received birth certificate - did not get a refund - paid for overnight shipping after processing. DO NOT USE this COMPANY! SCAM

VITALCHEK (LexisNexis) TAKES YOUR MONEY AND PASSES THE **** I ordered a birth certificate from VitalChek, a ******************* and it came back with sloppy entry - name misspelled.VitalChek is impossible to get in touch with. A negative ****** review finally prompted them to give me an email address. Since then, it's just been the run-around.They have it in their power to pull my order and resubmit it to *** who can, hopefully, get it right this time. I dealt with a VitalChek rep who just kept referring me back to *** Health, even though my order originated with VitalChek. Dealing with *** Health is just endless loop and vicious cycle to nowhere, as they transfer you from rep to rep to rep ("not my department!") before you finally get disconnected for good.

Tried to order a birth certificate from *********** on November 2021.I have sent emails and finally called them and the forward me to call the ************* health and hygiene department. I call the *** 311 and they say to call the ***** *************** for ****** Statistics. I look on their website and they pass it back to *********** *********** of ****** ********************" PHYSICAL ADDRESS ! Go here for the official department in **.https://******************************************** VitalChek are scammers!

DO NOT USE VITALCHECK. They sent me someone else's birth certificate, couldn't tell me where mine was and took no responsibility for solving either problem. They put all the work on me, the customer, to solve a mistake THEY MADE. Now my identity is out there to be taken by whomever gets my birth certificate. This is not ok. They need to take responsibility and solve the mistakes they make in a serious way. I expect them to send me a prepaid envelope to return the incorrect birth certificate, I expect them to track down MY birth certificate and I expect them to give me free credit checks for several years to make up for this huge lapse in personal security.

They promise a time of sixty days verse the opposite. Today just the 104th day waiting and I am refusing signature at property were the company ********* Service is currently as of Fri, Dec 24 at 523 east coast attempting to now leave something I got through both an alternative source and accessible without this unnecessary amount of funds withheld from the card used at purchase. I believe a reasonable assertion from the company when documentation materials regarding dates of my request for a timely reversal process meant belief of discontinuing the transaction look so obvious (a series of emails regarding the status check about sixty days not greater time an outdated delivery not needed or wished for ever and two telephone calls after the sixty day period) should land me a refund permanent. I have no use for the company and zero use for their ability to operate on antibodies behalf. Notice they have several hundred complaints on bbb yet never are they volunteering my money instead of the document which I feel is gar ligament and the charge of $68.50 should no longer be reasonably vanquished and therefore returned to (concerned as the human) to my personal account as soon as possible by a human.
