However, I have never received the item. So, I contacted the customer service department of ********************** complaining about the issue and I got the answer you will investigate about it. Since then I never got any response for that matter. I thought the problem was resolved. But you charged $****** to my SoFi Credit Card again on 10/31/2023, and was subsequently paid by my bank. I like the Teddy Blake handbag, and this incidence block me for any future purchase. I have filed it as an unauthorized charge to **************** of ********* today.
