However, I have never received the item. So, I contacted the customer service department of ********************** complaining about the issue and I got the answer you will investigate about it. Since then I never got any response for that matter. I thought the problem was resolved. But you charged $****** to my SoFi Credit Card again on 10/31/2023, and was subsequently paid by my bank. I like the Teddy Blake handbag, and this incidence block me for any future purchase. I have filed it as an unauthorized charge to **************** of ********* today.       Date of transaction: Nov 24, 2022 The amount of money you paid the Teddy Blake: $429 What is the business committed to you: no luxury cost, luxury quality, we make sure your Teddy Blake bag will last you a lifetime.What is the nature of the dispute is: I got the bag on Nov. 29-2022. I open the box to see the purse and it smell strong of the leather. Let them sit for couple day. On Saturday morning, December 3, I inspect the purse carefully but then notice the bubble-like scratch but not scratch, look like a bubble while they processing the leather on front of the purse. I contact customer service online. They email be back and ask me to send them the pictures. I took the pictures and sent back to them today Dec 5, 2022 and tell them what the damage is. Below is what they respond to me. In definition, final sale: no exchange, no return is for an undamaged Item. I am not asking for return or exchange. I am asking for replacement to the damage purse. Would you please help? Whether or not the business has tried to resolve the problem: They respond as below Hello ****,Thank you for your prompt response. Also, thank you for the detailed pictures. We are truly sorry to hear about this situation and I have forwarded them to our shipping and inspection department in order to see what might have happened.       I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, I mail the package back and they receive it yesterday 12/14/2022.  I email  Teddy Blake proof of delivery from UPS.  I am waiting on them to refund the credit to my credit card.  Thank you so much for your help.  Hopefully will get my refund soon.

      I purchased a handbag on March 3,2022 online from Teddy Blake. I received an email on 3/14/22 stating the package would be delivered the following day and required a signature. On 3/15/22 I received notification that the package was delivered at 3:38pm and the confirmation of delivery note was left at front door. Noone signed for the package and the *** driver at their . discretion left the package unsecured. My initial contact to notify Teddy Blake was through chat offered on the website .I was told by their customer rep ****** to contact *** for my package. That prompted me to call today because as the customer the responsibility to ensure packages are safely received is not my ownership. ****** stood by the fact that it was confirmed although the details specifically said left at front door, which means no one was there to physically receive it . About time I got home around 5:30pm there was no package at my front door. I requested a full refund on the account of the horrible customer service provided. I included a picture of my children on my porch and my front door to show there is absolutely no where to leave a package securely. The package was left in the open visible to any person that passed my house. The agent did absolutely nothing to address my issue or assist me. I had to call *** my self and I have been communicating with ******. They are offering to send me a replacement handbag. My question is why send me a replacement if you have confirmation the initial package was delivered. That makes no sense. I have the right as a customer to request a refund especially under these ridiculous circumstances. I will not do business with a company that does not respect their customers.
