Date of the transaction: April 5 of 2022 signed contract, April 13 of 2022 first wired transfer, and May 12 of 2022 second wired transfer. The amount of money I paid the business: $11,099 What the business committed to providing me: purchase/rent ten weeks from my membership at Palace Resorts in ****** ($109,800 + ***** Registration fee. On April 22 of 2022, the trust disbursement is to be made. What the nature of the dispute is: Fraud in the execution - Nondisclosure: On April 19 of 2022, *********************** (BBI Broker) notified me that a new Income Tax law in ****** came into effect, and Business Brokers International BBI stated they had no idea about it. According to the letter and a receipt from ************************** (SAT), as a seller, I must pay an Income tax of 35% of the income ($ ******) in advance. The ******* income tax law since January 2022 came into force. - Unilateral mistake: On April 19 of 2022, BBI said they knew about the new Income Tax law in ****** after signing the contract, and no customer had paid that tax before. On May 12 of 2022, after signing an annex contract, I wire transferred $ ***** to SAT for income tax payment, and *********************** wire transferred $ ****** on May 4 of 2022, directly to SAT. However, On May 16 of 2022, *********************** said that SAT did not accept his payment because BBI made another mistake. Whether or not the business has tried to resolve the problem: On April 19 of 2022, SAT did not accept income tax payments because BBI made a mistake. On May 16 of 2022, *********************** said that SAT did not accept his payment because *** made another mistake. According to ***********************, SAT accepts him as payment only 40% of the total balance, and the outstanding amount I must pay it. On July 19 of 2022, I received a call from *************************** of Business Brokers International to verify the deal process with ***********************. Also, he said income tax should have been paid by the buyer. Now I think there is fraud in the execution.Customer response
