            The leasing manager is hard to contact and reach to. I am trying to do an urgent swap lease with a new tenant who wants to move in as soon as possible. The leasing manager does not pick up her cell during business hours (never informs when she will get back), and does not meet timelines that she herself promised. The entire process is already delayed, and I am not informed by the leasing manager about rough estimates of the timeline of the process, why it's delayed, any apologies, and I can only be left hanging not hearing back for a long time. I totally understand that the manager has a busy schedule but I am only asking the leasing manager to simply keep us posted on where we are in the process and when can we expect the lease to be done. Delaying processes for leases is a practice that may actually cause potential financial losses such as swap tenant dropping, original tenant paying for longer lease term, etc. The original tenant will also have to waste a lot more time following up.
