In December, the narrator called ******** ************************* to inquire about their account with a nearly $6K balance. They were always unavailable, but after two weeks, they finally spoke to someone named ******* who explained that they never received the checks dropped off the office and that they misplaced them. The narrator argued that it was not their responsibility to get the money back, as they had bought the checks and dropped them off at their office. She asked for help in getting a claim back for each check, which cost $105.50 to send out.The narrator reported the checks lost and sent out an application for each check, which cost $105.50. They agreed to add the balance to their rent credit. *******************, the manager from ******** Realty, called the narrator to ask about any updates on the checks. When he called the company where the claims were sent, someone named ***** told the narrator that one of the checks was cashed out. ******************* seemed more concerned about finding out if the narrator was getting refunded for the other checks. The narrator told ******************* that he would make a report at the police station because someone stole the checks in his office. When he went to the police station, one of the officers spoke to him about the situation and claimed that *******************************, the broker who dropped off the checks, never dropped them off. The narrator emailed The Bohemia Realty company and ******************************* to confirm if she dropped the checks off, and she confirmed that they were dropped off at the office and scanned before the keys were given to the narrator.

I would like to report Bohemia Realty Group. This location when you walk in and ask if any of their locations accept ********** they will tell you that  they do and you have to make an account with their company. I have done so, i have repeatedly contacted this company and different staff members about apartments of interests that fit the means of voucher but no replies are given.

This group has created a scam in which they get personal information from people and pretend to have an apartment available and then scan them into giving them all of the information for that apartment. They have an apartment in a building in ************* that they show tenants price at $2100 apartment 3 eight *********************. They ask you to fill out a form in which you give your Social Security information W-2 information **** information and your guarantors information and then they tell you that you will be leasing that apartment. I filled out the forms and thought that I was getting an apartment and after I had already submitted the forms the link which they had sent me, which was a secure link to submit my documents, was hacked and the individuals who did it kept telling me that a resolution would come out of it and told me to submit my documents via a ****** drive which I did not do. The scheme is very deep because there are multiple apartments listed on various different websites through various different realtor companies which I found them not to be accredited through the BBB.
