*********************** is a professional scam artist **** an stole thousands from my mother's trust pray on my sister that had brain surgery an cond her in to lying for him I pay on the mortgage stay there 12 years with my mother sister an her son an grandchildren stayed there I didn't like his Sneaky ways I got up after 2mins never talked about nothing he talked to my sister only I was supposed to get 25% of the distribution I received 0 the house was around $750,000 he con my sister down to less than $200,000 distribution do not use *********************** compass ******* ripoff im persuading father action

Worked with a Compass agent on a rental property. Despite signing a lease, passing all background, and paying application fees for doc and info checks, we never heard back on the application. Gee if I wanted to use a ********* application and take in thousands of applications on all of my properties this way and scam everyone out of $100 bucks for applying, I could make a second income off of these scam application fees. Complete joke of a process, and its probably the local jackhole agents fault. Great business though to not have a way to pin fraudulant behavior on anyone. Work with people you trust, or companies with a process.

We were excited to use ************************* as our compass agent. She agreed on an agent credit amount which was emailed over to the title company by her. On the day of closing, she changed the amount on her own with the title company, did not discuss it with us. Did not answer our calls. Told ** we would lose the house if we didnt go sign. No communication after. Unethical, scam artist.

Do not work with this company. There are much better *** realtors on the market.I have also filed a complaint with the BBB. I was interested in a unit rental that they had exclusive leasing rights to. It took almost six weeks, ~40 days to complete the lease. In the ************* market this is an astronomical amount of time. Because of the delay, I was forced to negotiate an extension of my then current lease for a higher price, and was forced to pay extra moving costs for short notice moving. This was not due to building board approval (took 3 days) or owner paperwork/approval (he was excellent and did his part professionally and quickly.) This was due to negligence on the realtors part. I had to largely broker the deal including paperwork myself because they were unresponsive to my requests. I have documentation that shows this with all the emails, legals, dates and times.I went to the company and explained my grievance and they refused to lower the cost of their service to what other realtors were charging for units in the building. I had to pay over six thousand dollars plus the extension and extra moving costs mentioned above. It perhaps was my own fault for working with them but I did not have a choice as i was unable to pick my own realtor. Long story short, find a different realtor. This isnt the one for you.

************************* , a real estate Agent based on ******* illegal change the locks of an building he doesn't even own. Called the police. Don't use Compass as a real estate. They do things illegally. This is illegal in ******** and he lied about it .Buyer Beware

I was very happy with the work our Compass agents did representing my family purchasing a condo in the Metro Boston area.
