I have never even heard of these people and I have them taking a little over $119. Out of my account this morning. Noone but myself has access to my account. I am ***************************************************** property. They asked for my debit card last for digits when I called. No way sm I giving my personal information to anyone. I want my money back. I live on social security, now I don't have enough to make it to the end of the month. Who are these people!Business response

***************** is a website that aggregates public records from local governmental agencies regarding properties in *****************. The access to the information is being done through a paid subscription. Payments are made online by customers or by calling our ************* line. If you don't recognize a charge we will be happy to reverse it, we just need to locate it in our system so we can refund it. To locate the payment we need to know the date of the transaction, the amount and the last 4 digits of the card used for the payment. Once we have the information, we can refund it and depending on the bank, in 3-5 business days the money is back in your account. Please don't hesitate to contact our ************* line at ************ or ************************* to settle this issue.
In addition, you may want to contact your bank to make sure no one else is using your card information.

Over the past few days day and night, I had people calling about a property that I own. 3 of which said they got my personal info from property sharks. Com. I find it disturbing that they can get my info for a monthly fee. The last person express that he know I you don't live at the property and have your home address. I've never listed or express any interest to sell my property. The last person that called was ********** ******* ********************* ************************* I emailed the company to remove my info also I will try calling them tomorrow.Business response

The data we display on PropertyShark.com is public records and we collect it from the local governmental agencies. The only authoritative source is the local agency from where the data was collected.
As a courtesy, we permit limited suppression of personal information for homeowners with regards to their residence. We've proceeded to suppress the ownership information on the address provided.

I called property shark 3x to remediate this issue. My phone number is DNC but they list my number on 3 properties. I asked them during those 3 calls to remove my number completely as I am no longer affiliated with the building and real estate agents have been calling nad texting me. Today, I received a call at 2/20/23 12:30pm est from a real estate agent. Upon inquiry, he told me that he got my number from property shark today.Business response

property shark is listing and selling my personal informations on the web such as my property taxes, names and other without my permission. Some is accurate and unaccurate. I had problem with lawsuit regardiing on property mentioned `*********************************************************** . I would like property shark to remove my personal informations as well as property taxes and other information regarding the associated address since it compromises my case. Also, i do not wish to be bother with investor knocking on my door as well as scammers using my information for illegal purposes. I do not feel and trust to give property shark any of my personal information such as driver license or other information inorder for them to take my informations down. thanksBusiness response

I subscribed propertyShark.com for foreclosure information. After 2 weeks, I realized that the data posted are incorrect. **** ***** **** ***** ***** ** is not foreclosed even though, It shown a sale date on 8/6/21. **** ********** **** **** * *********** ** was posted with incorrect parcel id. consequently, I researched in the wrong direction. **** ***** **** *** ******** ** *** **** ***** ***, union city have un-real assess value posted and caused me time to more research.
