              They presented themselves as a metal refinery. They came in, took metal from ** and said they would issue a check for the materials we provided them, yet it has been months and several phone calls have been made in regards to the issue, but they have not fulfilled any of the promises they made. We are still out that money owed to us by Nor Metals.

              This company has been a disaster to work with. A rep came into our store and collected our filings, which was 84dwt of bench sweeps. Promised to give us the results in 7 days. A month and a half later they are still giving us the run around saying that they only received 84 GRAMS of floor sweeps, containing way less gold content than they picked up from me. I've been trying to contact ******* that picked up our product and have been unable to reach her any way. Called the company's number several times reaching the same agent and each time I have not be connected with anyone actually able to rectify the situation. We have been ripped off over $1500. Was told the agent would reach out to the *** and "if the *** finds the time" he will reach back out... AWFUL SERVICE!!!!!
