      I bought an oxo non-stick pan in June 2020 that is covered under a lifetime warranty. I contacted Oxo for a replacement because the surface has deteriorated. The company said they would replace it but has not sent a replacement. They also claimed that this would be the only replacement, even if the other pan is defective and/or fails. They have not responded to my further inquiry.Because of their failure to send the replacement. I would like them to reimburse me for the cost of a replacement pan that I will purchase from Amazon, who has them in stock and will deliver them to me the next day after ordering.

      I have been unable to reach customer service to get a replacement food scale under warranty. I have reached out via several customer service channels and received no response.Please replace my food scale asap. It was hardly used and already broke through no fault of my own.Thanks

      I purchased a 3 piece cannister set made by OXO from Amazon. The cannister set does not provide a good seal and were useless. I contacted OXO and they offered to send me a replacement set if I marked on the existing cannisters and sent them a picture. I received the replacement set and again, no adequate seal; I have attempted to collect my refund since October 2022. **************** people are very nice and I always think I will receive the check, but even after canceling "checks in the mail" and submitting a new request for a refund check, I have yet to receive it. I have made close to 2 dozen attempts either by phone or email, with no result. Honestly, it's a small amount, but the inefficiency is astounding and should be rectified.

      For over two months now I have been going back and forth with the customer service at OXO about a mis-shipment and return of products. They have been unable to timely provide answers, or to even respond at all, and I am still awaiting a refund for items returned in early November.
