12/20/2023 around 1 pm.*********************************** The non English speaking bartender gave me the regular frozen margaritas when I asked for the ***** size to go. I gave her $20 cash knowing that I am paying for the $12.99 ***** size to go. ( my 1st time ordering it t go) she gave me back $0.11 cents back and I watched her took a long time in selecting the tap on the register screen. I gave her a $20 and she thought that I gave her a $10 bill. She also gave the other customer the wrong order when he asked for an extra shot not the champagne shot. I am a regular customer there and I saw her before assisting the other bartenders in speaking Spanish. I asked her for a fork last time and she gave me something else instead. Its important for any bartender to understand English to take the order correctly without failing. I love Dallas BBQ and please sure that she needs to understand English cause there will be further problems down the road and I am still missing my $10 here when I gave her $20.

This complaint is about the *** ********** Dallas BBS's located in Brooklyn. I ordered a Henessy Coloda to go on June 29, 2023. My order was taken by *****. In the middle of me completing my transaction ***** says the system logged him out and said I'd have to pay again. I seen on my ******* account that the $17.49 was charged to my debit card on July 3rd. Today July 9th I went in to the restaurant to see if I could get a refund but the Manager who's name is **** was disgustingly rude! I mean this was the worst customer service I've ever encountered in my 15 years of going to Dallas BBQ's. He told me to take it up with my bank and that he only see's one charge, he proceeds to yell at me and says he's done talking and walks away.

The restaurant brought us food that was not hot. I got sick from the food and drinks and so did other family members. We spent $265 for 6 people. I understand the cost. The food was consistently subpar for the duration of our visit. I have dined at other BBQ locations and never had the poor quality food that was served like this before from other restaurants. The oil was reused and not clean, very unfresh. My sickness didn't subdue for the next ***** hours. The service was good. The food was unacceptable. They replaced some items and there was no apology nor reimbursemn We left the restaurant unhappy with the meal.My solution send health inspectors for random inspection.

On Sat. 6/18/22 I ate dinner at the East Village Dallas BBQ location. The total ****, with an automatic gratuity tacked on, was $82.96. I added to the automatic gratuity $0.04 to make it an even $83.00. When it cleared on my bank account, they stole almost $9.00 from me. I was charged $91.96. I would like a refund of the money taken ASAP.Thank you.

On 4/19/22 today I ordered food from this BBQ. It was very expensive and the Ribs were hard and dry. I spoke to the manager twice to ask why we didn't receive any side order with the food. He said that is the way you ordered and he couldn't do anything about it because if he did, he would have to do it for everybody. I said I am the one with a complaint and I have patronized this location for over 20plus years. I also called back a second time because the Ribs were hard and dry. He responded that I am making that up to get my money back. I initially was willing to just get a side order or even a piece of cornbread would have rectified the situation prior to my first call. When I opened the food, the chicken was decent. But, when I opened the ribs container, and bit into a rib, it was very hard. I took pictures on my phone and I also recorded the conversation. The manager's name is ******. That is the name he gave me. He made me the customer feel like no matter what I said, it didn't matter. I spent $74 on 2 orders of chicken and 1 order of ribs. I wanted the baby back ribs. But, the website online for BBQ is not easy to understand. They gave me something called Double Henny Ribs which I never heard of and I did not want. *** ****** said they were a new kind of ribs. All I know is I wanted basic full rack of baby back ribs. He told me to bring the food back at 652pm. I said I live in ** and I am not coming back to return the ribs that are no good. I have to take a bus from the port authority and the tickets are $12 one way. Is this manager so disrespectful that he wants a customer who is right 100% to return some dried up hard Ribs at almost 7pm at night? I am very upset at how he treats customers. Total disregard and no managerial skills at resolving customer complaints. I do know how to upload pictures. But, I do have them in my phone. I also have the recording of how he talked to me on the phone. If needed, it is no problem providing the proof.
