I can't really say more than what's already been said in other people's reviews. This seems like a fake company with no customer services to speak of. The chat function is all AI and when you do get a "human" they use copy/pasted answers and close out the chat even if your issue hasn't been resolved. I bought glasses for my daughter and had to initiate a return. It takes forever and you have to pay to send the glasses back to them with a tracking ID. I finally get the glasses back after over a month and they sent me the wrong glasses; sunglasses that my daughter cannot use. This company should not be able to participate in the industry of providing people with prescription eyewear that people depend on to function with virtually zero people equipped to handle customer issues.Review from Angel N

I ordered 2 pairs of glasses from them 2 weeks ago and I paid $13 for the express shipping which wa supposed to be delivered in 3-5 business days. I just got one pair delivered the other is still in production you cant talk to a real person at all. Its all AI run arounds. This is the worst place I have ever ordered from. Everything is auto prompted with the same 3 answers to everything. This company is a total scam and I cant even get my money back.Review from Yusuf K

I ordered prescription glasses froum Glasses Usa at 25 june. Because of my glasses broken and i cannot work and travel with this way. I choosed express delivery and today august 17. I'll leave from US 5 days later and i didn't get my order yet. When i try to reach them they are sendin me to the virtual assistant. I'm so regret to give order from them .Review from Susan S

I ordered glasses on 07/17/24. I entered email incorrectly, and tried to contact glassesUSA many times by phone and online. The order confirmation accidentally got deleted with my ***** daily political emails so i did not have an order number. Speaking to a human seemed a fair way to resolve the issue, but, ****, speaking to a human is not part of the business model for this company. Today i got a message that my order has met with shipping problems. I am a 74 year old retired public school teacher who, in ******** was swindled out of $7900, half of my nest egg. Thats why Im trying to get glasses for about half what the optometrist would have charged. Needless to say, i am nervous about ordering online. I hope this company, glassesUSA, gets NO stars (cant seem to delete the one i gave them). Thank you for what you do. I just want my $257 back soon.S C ********Review from Amadin C

I ordered a pair of glasses and received the wrong glasses and prescription. I sent them back and they were received by the Glasses USA warehouse. 2 months later, after many conversations with live chat customer service, I still haven't received a refund or any concrete answers. Finally, I got a hold of a live person on the phone who gave me the same response. I forwarded you a response, and you will get an email shortly. Still nothing!!! Buyer's Beware!!!!! This company is horrible!!! There is no human representative to speak with, only AI. I ordered frames on 7/29/2024 and paid for the express delivery (3-5 business days). I got a message on 8/2/24 that the glasses were "In Production" and then "Shipped." To date (8/12/2024), I have received no further communication. I tried to call, email, and even chat talk from the website and received no further information. All communication takes you to AI. I have no idea where the glasses are or if I'll even receive them. I'll never order from them again and will provide honest comments everywhere to alert future customers of their HORRIBLE services!!! If I could give them zero stars, I would have. I dont even wanna give them a one star because you cant really communicate with them. You get a computer generated message. No live agent to speak with like at one 800 contacts. Thats a better company. Yes you may save money with eyeglasses USA, but I dont know when Ill ever receive my contacts confirmation of it being shipped and I ordered them a week and a half ago paid for them and I have not gotten a confirmation very upsetting because I needed them. this is not a good company to business with.1. there are no way to ask real people about your order if they were over process time.2. after a lot of time call and pick place new order then I can talk to some one and the one of those, I don't like is *************. He was very rule. I remember he said " you have to wait whenever your glasses come"3. there arent any manager to talk for fix problem. they said only way talk to manger is request call back.4. Manager never call from request on time. they said manager will call after request in 24 hours. however, when I write this review they didnt call me in 48 hours.5. online chat is fake because you can check status your order online. we can not talk to any customers service about the delay order.6. they will lie to you a reason for delay. in my situation, some give me " your glass out of order so they will late in production". other reason from different customer service " your frame is defect so product team need to replace new one", and other " the blue lenses are out of stock, they need to restock so your glasses are delay".7. they are never email your if any problem about your glasses delay. only reason I can talk to them is my glass out of process time of production.Finally, I hope whoever want to order from this website please think very carefully if you want to wait your glasses over 3 weeks and you can not ask them about your glasses after your order. Additionally, it is very hard for return after you received and glasses wasn't fit your face because only way you can talk to real human customer service is pick place new order option when we call them.Review from Sarah R

Poor service and undelivered product. Ordered glasses July 4 and tracked them to delivery on July 23. Tracking claimed package was delivered, but I did not recieve it. I tried contacting the company to figure out what went wrong, but was unable to speak with a person, just an endless loop of virtual chat with a computer. I waited the 48 hours to file my issue with the undelivered package (with the virtual chat) and was told I would be contacted within 5 days. Two weeks have passed and I still have not been contacted, and still cannot reach anyone with this issue. I sent an email to customer service, and recieved an auto reply that the customer service inbox was not monitored, and was directed right back to using the virtual chat. I cant speak to the quality of the product, since the service was so poor that I never recieved it.
