    Order has been a debacle since the jump. Was offered buy one get one free turns out the frames I selected did not apply which I understand and was OK with still made the order.Waited patiently for my order and was notified that there was some delays asked for upgraded shipping and they completed that for me. I was advised that it Would update and I would receive it within 3 to 5 business days that time has passed so I reached out to customer service and they advised that if I dont see it by the 11th to just reach out again. Very poor customer service. Would not recommend

    I placed my very first order with them on Friday 1/10/25. Just wanted a new pair of Rx sunglasses. Order went through fine and my Rx was confirmed the next day. Thought it was going well. I got multiple emails (and their site also said this) that it would **** * biz days for production. I waited 8 before I called and I only called because it hadn't shipped despite their promises, and there was no update to say why (most companies will tell you if there was a delay and why). The service agent said it was delayed due to "circumstances out of their control". You'd think that it is absolutely in their control when it's in the production phase, which it seemed to be stuck in. The email I received in follow up was that it was a QC issue, which again, is something they control. As an apology, the service agent told me he upgraded my shipping to "expedited" (2-4 days). I didn't receive an email that it had even shipped until 1/26/25. It is now Monday 2/3/25 and I still don't have my order. The tracking status said the estimated date of delivery was two days ago 2/1/25. This company is terrible. I just wanted new sunglasses and they had decent reviews. Not sure where the disconnect is but c'mon, do better.

    I absolutely will never again use glasses usa! I am a very credible reviewer of businesses online. I DO NOT BELEIVE that the BBB are taking reviews and complaints seriously. I will eventually look into their inner workings. To give Glassesusa a B ,after the thousands of horrific reviews ,I find this highly suspicious. Without expososing too much,I highly advise that you keep a paper,online and call trail.This is second time I ordered from Glassesusa as a review shopper.The first order was placed in June of 2024 and it was a disaster,from the lack of customer service,the AI interaction,and the lack of any explanation or discount was infuriating. The glasses came 1 month later. Remember you never know who I might be. That being said I was asked to again place an order with Glassesusa to see if anything had changed. I placed order Dec 27th and STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED GLASSES TWO PAIR. I called,I emailed, first I was told my glasses were broken and being worked on,NO SUPRISE NO EMAIL NO NOTHING. IT is Feb 2 and I called the 800 number again ( oh insider secret press 2 then 2 again to get an actual human. A employee that repeats everything g from AI). Supervisor s are never available and promised emails never come. As far as addressing a discount or anything for the wait and stress . I received 7.00, on my card no explanation, no apologies. NOTHING. TO GLASSESUSA I'd say step up your game,or you will have no players,0. I HOPE EVERYONE READS THIS AND CONTINUES TO SHARE THEIR EXPERIENCE. BEWARE THIS COMPANY HAS BEEN FLAGGED FOR FAKE REVIEWS AND RATINGS. THE REAL IS 1.0_/5 AND A SOLID D.THANK YOU

    I purchased a pair of glasses from glasses USA, after waiting 32 days and not getting anywhere with their AI customer service (no actual humans to talk to) and being told several times my glasses would ship in two days. I finally had had enough and requested a full refund. They said it would take 7-15 days. Unacceptable, if they take your money out of your account immediately they should be able to refund it just as quickly.

    I ordered expedited delivery on glasses, and it appears that the package was never dropped off at the post office now 12 days later. When I could speak to a human they told me to wait another few days, said they could do nothing, and disconnected the chat. Use Zenni, I have had no issues with them in the past.

    This company is garbage. I ordered glasses, paid for "express shipping" , and there has been no communication since, and it's been weeks. The *** tracking code has said "Status Unknown" for a week, and they have no clue. Never again.

    I ordered glasses at the beginning of January and paid for expedited shipping. The system says that the item has been shipped but it has not arrived. There is no ability to talk to anyone despite the recorded message. This company is TERRIBLE. Don't give them your business, they will steal your money!

    I ordered 2 pairs of glasses on 12/29 and was promised delivery inn 7-10 business days one pair was delayed once after QC problems. Now I am waiting on the other pair. I am unable to get any update other than there is a an unexpected problem with production and we will email you when we have an update when I called, all I have been told they have not passed quality control 2xs ! They have no update when I will receive them. I asked last week Wex for a manager to call me and yet to receive a call. I reached out on multiple social media platforms and the same responses. One person on FB just reached out and said she has the same info as a supervisor and to please give them another 1-2 business days for an update! Not even a date of when they will be ready!

    Ordered glasses 12/21/24 and today is 1/15/25 which is long past advertised shipment. When contacting customer service there is no option which enables speaking with a representative. All questions are via computer chat box. I failed to research this company and would implore all who do to please avoid their service.

    Good prices but after I placed my order with my current and valid contact prescription I received an email wanting to do a test online. i responded to the email (it was not Do Not Reply) twice but never received a response. I finally checked my credit card account online and found that I was charged for the contacts but there was never an order finalized and no shipping. This is against the law. I contacted the company by phone and was told that GlassesUSA requires that the prescription have two weeks before expiration to place an order. I asked for the webpage reference from the agent and was initially told that it was under Terms of Use but in fact it is not there and is "internal information". Since the test online is an additional charge this seems like a shake down in addition to the illegal credit card charge that was placed before the order was finalized. I will do business elsewhere.
