      I purchased two pairs of prescription glasses with transition and like all the upgrades. The glasses two pairs I got Pradas and Oakleys and both the spotted up the prescriptions are terrible. You cannot get in touch with anybody from that company so save yourself and do not purchase from them just go somewhere else

      I ordered my glasses in a case on March 29 and received an email they were in production. On April 2, I received an email that my order had shipped and would arrive in 7 to 10 business days, it didnt arrive. On April 14, I received another email saying the order had shipped that day and would arrive in 7 to 10 business days. Its been *********************************************************** any more emails about the order. I found out about them through a reputable product review site I will be contacting them too). Like most others have said, there is no way to talk to a person. VERY frustrating.

      The company has a suite in ******** and says its a US company. I called the number provided and had to go through the options for a refund to speak to a person when all I wanted to do was find out why my order was taking so long. When speaking with "******" (the name provided without spelling) he advised that the company was located "over the US". He was clearly a minimal english speaking foreigner who didn't understand what the word "over" means. I tried to get him to tell me what state it was in and he said "for security reasons I can not". Finally I asked him where the glasses were made and he stated "other than US". That is all the information he would give me. I asked him if he would send me an Email stating when he claimed my order would be fulfilled and he said he would not. This is another foreign company with a business suite in the US masquerading as a US company. They are completely unhelpful when you call them. I have witnessed some bad customer service in my life and I have never once experienced anything even close to this pathetic. I would buy glasses from a **** shop before I ever buy anything from this lying company again.

      Glasses USA took my order then had multiple delays, finally had to cancel and ask for a.refund. that was 2 weeks ago and now I can ******** to anyone there. My refund needs to be returned to affirm as they are the lenders. Please respond asap.

      I ordered glasses on the 4th of the month and paid for express shipping which was 3 to 5 days not only did I not receive the glasses but its been 10 days and I have been speaking with a bot I can not speak to a human. Do not order from this company

      It is a lie that they takes 6 days to make the glasses and another 7-10 days to ship. I have been waiting 18 days and now the recordings say another 10 days. I could not speak with a person when I called and it is a texting loop that doesnt help with anything. So worried I wont receive my glasses as I read these other reviews.

      Horrible experience attempting to get my glasses. 1) I was sent a email stating they couldnt fill my prescription with the chosen frame and to choose from a list of glasses with incorrect dimensions. 2) I found a good pair and replied to the email. A week later no response. 3) I looked on the website it said upload prescription to validate and four days later still the same.I NEED MY GLASSES FOR WORK IF I LOSE MY JOB I WILL BE HOLDING GLASSES USA RESPONSIBLE. Horrible experience

      Would do zero stars if allowed. Ordered glasses that were supposed to be DELIVERED next day for ***** shipping fee. Was sent a email that it would take 3 business days for production, reached out to costumer service who told me to disregard email, that glasses were marked high priority and would be shipped out and delivered next day. False advertising..Next day glasses were not delivered and costumer service told me that someone from a different department would reach out thru email to me, that never happened. Been 5 business days and still glasses has not shipped, and customer service told me that I will need to wait for someone to contact me regarding my order. GlassesUSA doesnt prioritize their customer as they say. Next day delivery is a scam 0/10 recommend this company.

      GlassesUSA is one of the worst places I have ever dealt with. I placed an order on Feb 22 for a pair of glasses. I received an e-mail stating that they have entered production the same day. I received another e-mail stating Due to circumstances beyond our control, the production of your order was delayed. My prescription is pretty strong and usually takes longer for labs to create so I really didnt think anything of it. . I have contacted the online customer support many times and every agent (I think Im up to 7 so far) keeps telling me the same thing. You can tell its a script and a really bad cut and paste job because its literally the same thing over and over. Ive tried calling the customer support number. Its just as bad as the live agents. The quality of the automated customer service line is horrendous and dont expect to talk to a real person. April 3rd I contacted customer service again and was told Upon checking, we received an update from the Production team on March 30. 2025. that the production completion of your order is today, April 3, 2025, and will be shipped out within the same day. If you still have not received an update that your order has been shipped by April 4, 2025, kindly reach back to us so that we can further assist you. I once again contacted customer service and was told that the dates they give are just time frames and there was nothing more they could do. Unfortunately, thats everything I can do at this point, so I'll need to end this chat to assist other customers. Be sure to check your email for an update, which you should receive within the next couple of business days. Thank you for your patience and understanding. Was the last thing that was said to **** would highly recommend you find a different place to order glasses from if you are considering this place.
