      I order eyeglasses online from paireyewear. They accepted order and charged my card. I was then informed by email that they cannot fill my prescription. I responded that I wanted refund. ever since then I have not heard from them.

      I paid for a pair of glasses with 4 different frames and my debit card was charged on April 18th There a step they required me to take measure my eyes but when I tried to use it with their link it refused to work. I have emailed I have made calls I was told I would get a response within 72 hours and just recently at 10 tomorrow 5 /02

      What was suppose to be an exciting purchase has tired into a nightmare. Nobody returns emails or phone calls. I ordered prescription glasses $523 US dollars and never received a confirmation email and now they say they dont have my prescription despite being uploaded on the site and emailed. I just want someone to call me or advise me as its been since April 18 and they were quick to take their money. The customer service for this company is horrible. Please please someone tell me what is going on or give me my money back. My order number is ******.

      I purchase a pair of eyeglasses from the company on 2/22/22, which arrived to me approx. 2 weeks later. I tried them on, and immediately returned them to the business as they were too large. I THEN placed almost the same exact order for a smaller sized frame, and have not received the glasses, and the company does NOT respond to any attempts at communication. They do not provide a phone number, no way to check on the status of your order other than speaking with a representative.

      I ordered a pair of progressive glasses with additional features such as thin lenses, anti-reflective, and three more additional tops for a total of $434 on 3/9/22 (placed initial order on 3/7 but completed on 3/9 when they received my prescription). According to their website, customer will receive their glasses within ***** days of completing the order. When I did not receive any email update about the progress of my order after a week and a half, I emailed ***** (who sent me confirmation of my order) on 3/21 to asked about my order. He replied that is currently being worked on. I replied back that I as long as they get the glasses to me before my international trip on 4/1 that I am ok with that. I heard nothing again after that email and I emailed ***** back on 3/25 and he replied that my glasses are being finished in the lab. On 3/26 I emailed ***** again to asked for a tracking number and he replied on 3/29 that he cannot give me a specific date of when my glasses will be shipped. I called the companys number several times and was switched over to voicemail. The automated message stated when I called on 3/29 that my order on 3/9 has yet been processed. A person named ****** left me a voicemail message apologizing and promised to change shipping to 1 day but did not give me a date of when the glasses will ship. I emailed several times and I got no response. Today is 4/5 and it has been 10 days since ***** told me my glasses are being finished. This company flat out lied and continue to lie to me about the progress of my glasses which I need badly. According to ************************* on 3/31, ***** will get back with me and I havent heard from anybody. I need my glasses delivered to me this Thursday, 4/7, since Im going on another trip and my current glasses are being held together by crazy glue. And I cannot see without my glasses.

      an earlier complaint was filed with the Better Business Bureau but was not resolved. The company continues to state that they credited my credit card although that credit cannot be located I have asked the company to just send me a check and they pair eyewear have refused. It is a refund of $629 which for me is a lot of money. I am getting no cooperation from the company. Pair eyewear. They state they have received a return product they owe me the $629 but nobody is paying me I am frustrated

      Returned 4 purchased items separately for refund using pre-printed labels provided by Pair. Mailed out March 3rd and **** tracking shows they were all delivered March 7th but that the company re-issued recently used tracking numbers. Pair has been provided with **** proof of delivery and states they have only received 1. I have not received a refund for the remaining 3. Pair claims repeatedly that I must have mailed the items using the same label on all 4 packages so there is no record of receiving the other 3 returns. The postal service has provided proof that all 4 tracking number labels were indeed mailed out, and I have forwarded this proof to Pair more than once including highlighting the 1st page of each tracking record to show they are different numbers. I will attach the same PDFs and JPGs here. Reissue of tracking numbers to avoid refunds is probably not legal .

      Purchased a pair of glasses and they were way too small. They are making me still pay for them and all they will give me is a 40 dollar credit (from a 300 purchase). They said they had a 30 day guarantee but they will not return anything but the frames and are going to take the full 300!! I want them to honor their gurantee and return my entire purchase!

      I submitted an order for prescription glasses with three magnetic frames on January 26. Their website says that I would receive my order within 5-7 days. It's now February 17. I've tried calling their customer service line, left messages, sent emails, and haven't gotten a single response back. Now thinking that I've been duped and won't be receiving my order. The automated service line just says that my order has yet to be processed. My order number is ******.
