      Most unreliable company with shipping. I paid $30 for next day shipping on an order that was placed WELL BEFORE business operating hours at 5:50am on a Wednesday. I was leaving for a trip Sunday morning and even if they didnt arrive next day I still had a 2 day buffer. Again, paid $30 for next day, not only are they arriving after the 2 day buffer, they are arriving AFTER I leave for my trip. Dont offer next day shipping if you cant fulfill it.

      I didnt even want to give them 1 star it should be zero! I ordered a pair of boots before Christmas and they took the amount out of my account and I still have not received them. I never received an email that they shipped out and so I emailed them to just cancel the order and refund my money. I received an email stating that they were no longer available and I would get a refund. Next thing you know I received another email stating that that previous email was a mistake and that my boots were being shipped out. I still never received an updated email that they had been shipped. I reached out again demanding my money back and to cancel the order. They responded saying I could not get my money back because the order was already processed. ARE YOU KIDDING ME!! They continue to string me along asking me to just wait a little longer. At this point, I dont even know what to do. They have horrible customer service and they take your money and then never ship out your item and string you along. I will never buy from them again and I encourage anyone else to not order from them as well!!

      I am writing to bring to your attention an issue I have encountered as a long-time, loyal customer of ********************** Vita. Recently, I purchased two pairs of shoes, both of which unfortunately dismantled after just a few times of wearing them. I greatly appreciate that the first pair was replaced at no cost. However, the replacement pair, too, turned out to be defective. This experience has left me disheartened, especially considering my loyalty to your brand over the years. Given these circumstances, I am respectfully requesting a reimbursement for the second pair of shoes. As a devoted customer, I believe this matter can be resolved promptly and amicably. Being a designer of fitness clothing, I understand that unforeseen issues happen. Dolce vita will not replace or credit anything. Their shoes are made poorly and do not stand by their brand

      Received my order is terrible condition. It arrived in a too big of a box with no padding inside. There was only a strip of tape that held the box together. Shoes looked scuffed and the box the shoes in were not secure. Tried contacting them on 6/6/23 to initiate a refund. I was told to contact customer service via live chat or the phone.They also never sent me a copy of the tracking confirmation email. They also are not willing to send me their terms of services on why I cant return my item.Never once in their terms of services did they say they couldnt return a full priced non sale item. I asked for them to send me the disclaimer as to why my order is non returnable. When asking them about this they stated We also have internal policies that are not stated on the website. We are sorry but we cannot help. When I asked for more questions they told me they were done with me and to dispute with my bank.

      Horrible! Ordered a pair of shoes on 3/22, luckily I screenshot the order number. They took the funds. I waited a week to no shipping confirmation, no communication. Then the funds were returned. WHAT??? I thought, oh well, I got my funds, thankfully! & Ill just let it go. *********** 2 days later they swiped the funds again. I kept checking the order number only for it to say, unfulfilled then this order does not exist. Then, Loading it never did load. Then, we went back to unfulfilled. During all this, I called them. I spoke with ******. She said that shed TRY to refund my money & cancel the order. I demanded that I get my funds returned & cancel the order. She finally said she would. I made her email me while I was on the phone stating that in the email would be cancelled.She did. A few hours later, I received an email from **** stating that my order was shipped & could no long be cancelled. Fine! At this point I just want my shoes or my money. **** failed to provide a tracking number. I called the next day, again spoke with ******, demanded a tracking number, which she was unable to provide. Then she told me that shed cancel the order,(because she could not provide a tracking number) after they could not the day before. She promised me Id receive an email from the company stating that my order would be cancelled & my money refunded. I have yet to receive that. I did once again demand her to send me one, she did. So I have no shoes, Im out my money, & a bunch of empty promises via email from some girl named ******. Total fraudulent company. Total scam!
