To whom it may concern,I placed an order with the merchant on 8/29/23 for a pair of *********************** sneakers. My order was to arrive at my residence during a specific timeframe as specified by the tracking details. When my package didnt arrived as scheduled I didnt think anything of it. I patiently waited but nothing was delivered to my residence so I went on with my day as scheduled. I contacted the merchant and expressed my concerns. It was expressed my package was delivered successfully which is false due to not having it in my possession as well as the tracking details stating a time I wasnt expecting it to be delivered and the picture of such package label being blurred and stated left at front door which is strangely odd. I complied with all the merchants demands as far as questions and attempted to file a claim with ***** are concerned. I was advised to contact ***** on my own behalf in order to make a claim in which I was unable to do so and asked for the merchant to step in. The merchant expressed theyre not responsible for packages after leaving their facility. The merchant bears just as much responsibility as the shipping company due to employing such company. I was under the impression that such business would assist the customer to the best of their ability instead of turning a blind eye. Im unsure what took place as it concerns my package but as it stands Im lead to believe the ***** employee was negligent and probably took my package. I would greatly appreciate your assistance as this matter serves a great deal of urgency. Thank you and have a blessed and productive day.
