In November of 2022, I ordered a pair of shoes (size 11), upon receipt of the order, the shoes were size ****. I requested a replacement order, and a few days later received the correct pair and shipped the wrong size back.6 months later in May 2023, I was charged back $83.07 for allegedly not returning the incorrect size. I have tried disputing this charge with my bank, but because I can not view any return shipping information, I am unable to find a tracking number.The first red flag for myself should have been reading negative reviews for this company, including refunds, which they appear to 'scrub' off or remove from Amazon. A ****** search of Orva Stores reviews reveals more complaints.Customer response
