This business is a scam. Just like the other reviews below, I canceled my subscription. I received an email confirming that I had canceled and would not be billed again. Then they charged me a month later saying I had reactivated the account. This is a total scam. Stay away.

This company is a scam! I've had to cancel my subscription twice now. Charging me $30 a month. Need a magnifying glass to read the fine print about how after the $1 fee to use site it will automatically start Charging you $30 per month. Hours of work with credit cars company trying to get thus company to stop Charging me. Wish I could give 0 stars.

I cancelled the service last month, because I no longer needed it. However, I was billed for yet another month. And when I tried to call to cancel the service, AGAIN, they are having "technical difficulties" ( of course) and I could not get the cancellation through. I think this is unethical and very shady business practice in order to rip off more money. I want this last month refunded, as it was supposed to have been cancelled over a month ago!

I would give zero stars if that was an option! This company has taken ***** from me every month since September of 2023! I have tried multiple times to contact them to request them to stop. I never opened an account with them... they have no record of my email or other personal information but somehow they have my card info on file and have charged it 10 times now + 1 transaction at $1. I try calling and get disconnected every single time. I'm so mad... this is fraud. I need this stopped and I want all of my funds back ASAP!! $269.90 is what I'm currently owed!

I have been trying for months to get my payment straightened out. I have called you and called you but I don't always get the opportunity to speak with a real person but when I do I am told they have resolved the problem. NO, the problem has never been fully resolved. I am ready to switch to another company as my patience has run thin with you~

I was looking to get a copy of the Carfax for my vehicle and I was directed to a website for this company Been verified. The initial offer said to obtain your free Carfax and when I went thru the steps at the end it asked for $1.00 fee to process and I thought so much for free. I used my secured credit card to make the payment of $1.00 and no final receipt for same was provided. The Carfax the website provided was illegible because the report was so small you could not read it and I figured it was a loss. After I went to pay on a bill of mine only for the payment to be declined. I had deposited a set amount on this card for the sole purpose of paying my bills so my deposits are exact. I contacted my credit card company who informed me that BeenVerified took $29.00 from my account. All of this occurred in the same day! I did not authorize this nor did they provide or submit any type of receipt. I told my credit card company this was not an authorized charge. In my opinion they deserve a negative star rating but they make you put at least one.

Been verified is a scam they have been charging me 30 dollars a month with my authorization what so ever for a subscription to their services. I want my money back or Im going to take you to court.

This is a SCAM !I cancelled 2 times after getting charged for the past 2 months !First time I cancelled, I literally got a kid answering my call and asked for my email, then just said okay its cancelled, anything else i can do for you ?never got a confirmation number or anything!I need my ***** X 3 = $86.37 refunded !

Trying to cancel membership repeatedly and still my card was charged. Random days and numerous attempts to charge me. Contacting customer service they direct you to the website and around the hamster wheel you go. I would not recommend to anyone to use this company or share any financial information with them.

Been verified does not give accurate information because I did a search on myself and my name was incorrect I dont have a middle name at all I have proof to show you I dont so where are you useing the information about people your posting for the public to see .. in my opinion this isnt a trust worthy site nor reliable Im gonna see who else maybe a lawyer i can reach out to about this matter
