When I ordered the product I did not realize there was a trail that needed to be canceled otherwise I would be charged. After I noticed it after the first month I have sent multiple emails and have even called the company with no success of having it canceled. I do not wish to be charged anymore.Customer response

On the 30 Aug 2021 the Gotham Club deducted $69 U.S. from my bank account. I did not authorize this charge. I was at a web site for an online casino, and had won $1,500, on their free spins. The casino then asked for $1 to activate the account. So I entered my bank information, and the I saw that when completed and sent the information I would become a member of Gotham Club. So I canceled the transaction, as I had no desire to become a member of this club. I did not join the casino, and did not receive any money that I had won from the casino. The Gotham Club charged me $69. I was in Europe at this time, and had no knowledge that I had been charged. I want my money returned.Business response
