      Dishonest!!! No customer service! Took money out of my account and never sent the box they were supposed to. I had ordered a ******* subscription box and the money was taken from my account on Oct 24th. Since that time I have been trying to get in touch with them through email to tell them that the box was never sent. I got an order confirmation the day the money was taken out of my account but on their website it shows that I have no order. I have sent numerous emails to try to get someone to help me but to no avail. No company should have such bad customer service nor be allowed to stay in business and be so dishonest.

      If you pick one box they send as many as they want and won't correct the issue even prior to shipping. You get charged for the quanity THEY choose to send and ship after you tell them & charge your account. Even if you co tact them minutes after you see the mistake you are still charged and they still ship. This place needs to be shut down for scamming!

      Apparently can not put zero stars. Seems I am not the only person who feels this company does not provide customer service just the opposite. After they made a mistake and charged me nearly $700 for the box they sent out an email explaining how they would rectify the situation. One thing being they would provide a $100 ******* gift certificate via email. Supposably it was sent over 2 weeks ago. I never received it. I now get the run around. No one can (will) help me as it isnt their department. Many emails to Brandshare go unanswered. If you call there are 4 options: 3 tell you to send an email. One permits you to leave a message. I have done that twice but still no response. Tried calling *******.com- useless. They gave out a number to call if you have trouble with the gift certificate but no one there can help you either. Beginning with stopping shopping at ******* since they shield & condone this type of behavior. Cancelled one of my two beauty box accounts and once I get the *************** boxes complimentary as they promised (yeah-not if that will happen) then I will cancel the second beauty box account. I got the message loud & clear after 16 days of trying to get this resolved; many calls (over 30 people); many emails ******* & Brandshare I see how you value customers. I get it now.

      I made 2 purchases with ******** my orders were cancelled, but was still charged, somehow when I reported it to ******** I'm told there's a problem with Brandshare and they're working on it, what does my refund from ******* have to do with Brandshare. I'm a senior citizen on SSI disability, I need my refund for medication that I have to pay out of pocket.

      I was charged for 100 subscription boxes at $7. With tax that is close to $750. Im only subscribed for one box. When I emailed the company I got a generic response. Like many other customers who also received the same response saying we just wait **** business days for them to return unauthorized funds.

      Shady company, no customer service to talk to! Ordered beauty box via wmart who teams up with brandshare. Overcharged my acct. Was suppose to be 7.38$ they charged 736.39$ putting my acct in the negative. They sent an email would take **** days to fix!! That's not acceptable we need it back in there as soon as possible! We are on a fixed income cannot afford overdraft charges. Not happy I'm so sick of these companies with this automatic bs no real person to talk to. After doing some investigating found out this is not there first problem taking too much money out of people's acct. Shame on you!

      Brandshare charged me for 100 quantity ******* Beauty Box for $750. When it should have been $7.50, this is happening to many people on **************** and ********* The only response that I have gotten is that it will take **** days to get my money back. This is unacceptable. How much money have they stolen from how many customers, and you cannot even speak to a live representative!!!

      Brandshare US took unauthorized money from my bank account. I cancelled my ******* ****** *** Subscription a year ago. In that time I changed my bank as well. They would constantly send me emails to update my payment information to receive my beauty box. No thank you! I never clicked the update link or anything. I did not want to receive the boxes anymore. They were junk and I had a hard enough time finding out how to cancel the subscription. Just two months ago I ordered food from *******. I put in my new bank card information. Somehow this company hacked my information from ******** official site. It is important to note that if you want to cancel the ******* beauty box you have to go to beauty *************** and carefully cancel subscription. There is a cancel option but you first need to login with email/username then you can attempt to cancel. I do not know why this subscription cannot be cancelled on ********* official site. Obviously this company has access to my wallet on ********* official site. I read the whole terms of use and they through everything out into them. I don't know if they are referring to me as the customer or *******. They use the Company. Which Company? You BrandshareUS or *******? The terms of use are the shadiest I have ever read. Why ******* doesn't terminate business with this company. Are they locked into some crazy contract? I do not know but if I were ******* I would fight it in court. I just filed a dispute of charges with my bank and now am having a new card issued to me. I will not put my new card information into ********* online site bc it's not safe there. Brandshare has access to ********* online site. I know this bc that is the only place affiliated with Brandshare that I recently added my new bank/new card to just before I received a beauty box I cancelled over 1year ago. I will not be ordering from ******* bc they are giving this company access to my banking and making unauthorized sales. ******* should fix this!

      I canceled their beauty box over a year ago. I am being charged $7.40 from my account. They issued refund but then they canceled the credit. I want my refund. This company is shady and you never can talk to real person
