  Sold my boss a camera on December 5th, said it would arrive two weeks later on the 19th, 4 days later (AFTER paying) said they actually don't have that camera anymore and we'd have to pay $50 more for a different camera and wait longer for it to arrive, also denied having claimed it would arrive on the 19th in the first place. The only other option they gave was for us to pay for the entire new order in full and THEN get refunded for the original order, so no offer of just refunding the original order so we can find the same product elsewhere, BOTH options required us to pay more for a different camera than was originally paid for, which is pretty disgusting.We then tried logging in to the website to try just canceling the order and requesting a refund instead of upgrading to a more expensive camera, but now either our account is disabled or the website is too buggy to log in and do so. We've now asked a sales representative for a refund (we were easily able to find the camera from another vendor), but are skeptical from the other customer comments and business's replies and generally shady business practices that a refund will be granted. TLDR: This appears to be a bad company staffed by bad people, would recommend avoiding them at all costs.

  it is Frequent that Manufacturers discontinue products , and we try to convey all this information as its being provided to us from the factories. thank you

  we do carry hundreds of different manufcaturers ..if one of them cancels an item and no longer has it available, we do have to let you know that and advise you the best options that the factory is advising us to advise you in how you should proceed. sorry that did not work out for you.

  Legit or not, this company takes orders for products they do not have in stock. You will never know if you will have what you need in a week, in a month, in several months. But they are happy to take your money immediately.When I cancelled my order they said the refund takes 5 business days.This gives me a business idea where I set up a website that accepts orders for items I don't have, then I hold on to the money and invest it to earn interest until customers either forget about the item they ordered or cancel it weeks or months later. Either way, I'm guaranteed income from investing the money on the products.

  we do drop ship from some manufacturers , if we do not have the items in stock. Customers do call ** daily to first check on availability before ordering. thank you

  Avoid this company if you expect to get your items any time soon.
  I ordered a Geovision i/o card they said was in stock. 8 days later I get notified they are filling out a UPS tag. Item is being refused and will get a refund from ******.
