Hello, I placed an order for two swimsuits on June 22. Upon submitting my order I quickly realized I selected the wrong shipping address. I live in **** and the address I selected was for ********. I immediately contacted the company to request they update the address. They are stating they are unable to update the address or cancel the order. I submitted screenshots that only the label had been created and the products had not left the warehouse. The company responded the only thing they could do is offer me 50% off my next order. I paid for two swimsuits that I will never see. Order number #*********Business response

I ordered 3 swimsuits from Andie Swim on Tuesday, May 17th (Order #******) and paid extra for 1-3 business day shipping, defined on their website as Monday-Friday, to ensure it would come in time before I moved away from the address to which it was shipped. The package was delivered Saturday the 21st, by which time I was gone from my apartment and could no longer receive the package. I will never be able to get the package. In business days, the package arrived after the 3 business day promise and Andie is refusing to refund me after missing their promised timelines.Customer response
