Not only has my BCM One landline phone bill (which didn't even handle local or regional calls) tripled since Sept., but the company continues to bill me despite the fact that my landline has been dead since September 29th when *** was deluged by a torrential downpour! I've complained by e-mail a few times, but BCM continues to drain money out of my bank account ... even though my phone line is still silent! [I was finally able to re-connect my old phone line thru the internet (*****) a wk. ago]. And despite the fact that my phone line (a landline) was totally dead, i.e. silent, inactive and with absolutely no dial tone, making it impossible for me to even receive phone calls, yet alone make phone calls since September 29th .... my bills from ***** tripled from $6.509 to 20! And I can't help but find it more than a coincidence that this all started not soon after one of the wealthiest companies or should I say banks in the ****** *************** took over *****'s billing process. P.S. I have filled out at least one or 2 disconnect form requests, but they refuse to acknowledge it! I do have documentation BTWCustomer response
