Id appreciate it if the owner of the company would contact me so i may discuss some very serious issues with their customer service and payment options. For the most part it works but when something does mess up be prepared to have to deal with alot of rude incompetent customer service. And they definitely dont want you contacting the owner cause im sure if the owner of this company knew he or she would make changes and fix it to have a more successful companyReview from Tammy G

Terrible. No contact number where you can speak to a live person. Near impossible to cancel. They just continue to take your money. Needs to be shut down!Review from Larry H

After checking Homefi out on BBB It appears Homefi has a history of s******* people out of their money when cancelling service. I am experiencing the same scam apparently! I canceled my account and the and hotspot has been returned and was received. I have proof of return receipt. I removed my payment card so no further charges would be charged because they charged me for the equipment before returned within their return policy. They also tried to bill me for service after my cancellation was already accepted and return authorization sent to me. The hotspot has no moving parts to break so to be in line for inspection before refunding me the charge for the equipment is unacceptable. It simply stopped providing me the internet service I was paying for, thus the cancellation. I subscribed for two years but the service became too erratic and customer service contact is non-existent by design and unacceptable.Review from Pamela M

Internet has been horrible. Paying $280/mo for their highest plan for 2 devices for several years. If I was on a Zoom call and tried to print a document, internet became unstable. When I finally tried to cancel services, they had just billed my credit card for the coming month. $280. They refused to refund any of that money AND told me I had to send the equipment back within 7 days or they’d charge me another $310. So they’re keeping my $280 for services I’ll never see. It should be illegal for companies to prevent you from changing or canceling your service online. I have spent hours over a few days trying to contact someone regarding my account ********************** is not reachable and you will wait forever attempting to get a hold of someone. I read a few other responses and every service issue that folks are experiencing is the same for me. Emails with fake questions, chatbots that say they will connect you with a representative, waiting for someone to connect, contact us later - three days away. It's a scam to prevent you from canceling your service. I have been on hold for 8 minutes today and nothing.....Review from Hb

They are claiming my returned product was damaged so they are refusing refund, I tested it before it left my house, it turned on. now they refuse to refund. they are scamming out of my money, regardless of the service being good, I'm not ok with paying for a product that worked up to the time I returned it.Review from Roy K

Avoid this company at all costs. They will take advantage of you. I have used their product for several years and had to return it as I no longer need a portable. They tried to play games for months and very bad at communicating. They are saying I owe them $130 for a damaged product when I have proof of pictures that there is no damage. They cannot be trusted!Review from Scott D

Terrible company. Used their product for several years and I had to cancel as I got a better deal and signal with my phone company. Homefi will play games with you by repeatly sending you emails ignoring the previous ones asking you the same questions over and over. I had to call my credit card company to block them. Take 100 pictures of the product and took pictures of it being dropped off at the USPS. I was told I would be credited back for what I paid last month as I sent the product back to them. Haven’t seen that credit. I do not even think these people are Americans and the HQ is in NJ. Avoid this company at all costs as they will screw over you when you cancel.Review from Kevin M

As others have stated in their reviews, I have been waiting on email to return device. Charged me for the device after I cancelled service within the stated 7 day trial period. Should have received full refund for service but have not. I am out roughly $250.00 for nothing. Will not email me for return address. I big time scam.
