This company is not at all transparent about pricing. After I found out it would be $300 more a month (total of $450) I canceled and they would not refund my original $99 even though I canceled immediately. There are companies out there with much better prices without hidden costs. Unfortunately I leaned this the hard way.Review from Angela A

So, I just looked at the site and it clearly tells you that there is a $99 fee for the first month, then $145 is charged to the user on a monthly basis for consultative services, this does not include meds. Meds are additional and based on the practitioner's final review of your consultation. There is no guarantee you will be granted a prescription. The medications can be roughly $1200 without insurance, but they accept many insurance carriers, so you need to verify your insurance will accept a member-initiated claim for reimbursement. I personally can't afford this service, but with reasonable research, I was able to fill in the blanks.Review from Ashley L

This company will take your money and give you nothing. They advertise the first month as being $99 but that is just the "consultation fee" even though they give you a "shipping discount" on the first month which makes it $99 in the first place. They will not refund money through contacting them. Like others, I was scammed out of $99 for absolutely nothing.Review from Kristin A

So far have had a great experience. Those complaining about the price clearly did not do their research or read everything. I've had no problems getting a hold of anyone, no delays in correspondence or receiving my rx or product. Nothing but thumbs up, so far!Review from Jessica M

Should be 5 transparent stars. This is a scam and predatory service. Its impossible to get prescriptions, the pharmacy they work with charges excessive fees and I paid the monthly RO fee for 4 months without ever getting a prescription. Just save yourself the $300 per month with insurance and work through your primary provider. This service its just terrible.Review from Katherine B

Ro would NOT tell you what the pricing was UNTIL you sign up for their monthly subscription. Just for you to find out their pricing is HIGHER than what you can get online, quicker and cheaper. You are paying the subscription UP AND ABOVE this cost. It's a scam! they will NOT return your subsctiption fee even when they do not provide a service. Once I found out the price, since they wont tell you till you pay them, I canceled. No service provided and its a scam to require a subscription to find pricing. BEWARE so you dont pay money to find out they are OVERPRICED!Review from Samantha B

Getting in contact with a nurse practitioner or provider is nothing more than a headache. The first shipment I received was sent to the wrong house and I'm still waiting on my second shipment which has been now going on 5 weeks. I will not be renewing my membership it's ridiculous. You never get to talk to someone in real time it's only through the message board in the app which is only good for iPhones it's not Android compatible. It's $99 for the first month but then they turn around and charge you $149 and then an additional $299. To talk to a nurse practitioner or provider that only calls you once a month and takes several day to respond to messages on the message board. So I would say My overall experience with Ro.co was a bad experience.Review from Markie J

This is such a scam. I can't imagine how much money they make off of charging people $99 just to find out that they can't afford the services they offer. It's very concerning that they have any rating at all stay away from this company. They take your money and when you ask for a refund whether using their services or not, they deny you.
