      I had paid for 800+ minutes in December of 2023 to Reliance Global Call. Did not use any of it, until now wanting to use it. Contacted customer service by chat. The first person said there was no balance in the account! Then, no response after that. 2nd chat:Simply responded that reason given in 1st chat and no further response.This is a rip off outfit that steals your money.

      At this time, my complaint, ID ******** regarding Reliance Communications International Inc has been resolved.

      It took many emails to have this resolved

       However, I am still not able to log into their website to check balances, etc. They claim that it has to do with my service provider. However, I am able to access and log into other websites with no hindrance. I have tried using different Browsers and a different computer. At one point I was able to log in, but the website errored out soon after logging in. I have not tried again since I am tired of dealing with Reliance Global Call. I am technically competent since I worked in the IT field in the past.

      They have a 72 days expiration of available minutes which is hidden in their website in their TOS. I suggested that they make customers aware of this at the time of subscription. I doubt they have followed through with it since I am sure it is one of their sources of income/profit. I say this because they did not agree with mee that it is what they will do.

      Hello:I have been ********************************** for almost 20 years. I used to be a routine customer but lately, i have stopped using their service. I have requested them multiple times to cancel my account but they have not done it. I keep [paying monthly service charge for the service that I have not used.I have disputed my charge at my credit company this month and submitting you a complaint.If I do not do this, they will keep charging me $2.11 every month.*******,*******

      Kindly note that we already terminate this customer services after complaint raised by him and also refund given for the amount which is charged after the request.

      I used to have an account with reliance global for making calls outside US. The registered phone was **********. I was not using their services but I noticed them charging me monthly fees so I tried to get out of their system but web site never allowed me so I disputed claim with my credit card company. Reliance keeps sending me billing due emails and the amount keeps increasing also. What was once 2.x $ is now 30$. I even tried their web site to file complaint but the site says description field contains invalid character and stops. I triple checked not invalid characters were entered. This is harassment. Please help so they do not think I am their customer. I am NOT THEIR CUSTOMER AND I SHALL NOT PAY. IF AT ALL THEY SHOULD BE PAYING ME BACK ALL THE AMOUNT THEY CHARGED ME BEFORE. AT THE LEAST THEY SHOUDL DELETE ME FROM THEIR SYSTEM and STOP SENDING HARASSING MAILS ABOUT DUE AMOUNT

      Hello, I have been a customer of RelianceGlobalCall. However, recently, I am unable to use their service as their service does not work. I tried to call customer support but that number also does not work. I have a balance of $139.37 and I would like this company to refund me the money and close my account. Thanks ******
