            I purchased tickets on July 3 for a July 4th event via Eventbright. The cost was $159.98 and was my card. on July 4th around 3 oclock I get the email stating that I was only going to be refunded $145.84 that should be by July 14. I have not received the refund amount. Also I just spoke with someone at attractions4us stating that we will not get the Eventbright fee back. I did not request a refund the refund was due to this company who should cover that fee and refund me the total amount of $159.98. I also feel that this was some type of fraud because when i went back to eventbrite to attempt to retrieve the ticket i noticed that the price when from $79.99 to $120+. The order number that he received from Eventbrite was **********. We have the evidence of from the event bright that his order was confirmed.

            Attractions4us tours I would NOT give this company 1 star but that is the lowest option given. I am a person who writes a review when customer service is good & bad. This company will be reported to the BBB. The plan was to take my ***************** on a wonderful experience around *** before enjoying other wonderful attractions within the Big Apple. When I purchased the tickets I immediately received an email stating that an additional $15.00 fee per person will be required. Immediately, I called the company spoke with ****, and asked how can they ask for an additional $15.00 per person when it is not stated within the fine print. **** said that he was not able to waive the fee and I should call back the next morning, this morning, June 29, 2024, at 8:00 am, and speak with the manager *********************. I did. ***** (possibly not the correct spelling of her name) confirmed an additional $15.00 per person fee. I asked how they illegally charge a fee that is not stated on the Groupon. She said it was the owner who forced these fees. I asked to speak with the owner. ***** said that the manager does not come in. Which is bogus. I decided not to continue going back on forth to spend my money on an illegal company. I stated that I would contact the BBB and contact social media so no one else is scammed. In addition to this complaint, we wanted to take a sunset cruise. Due to inspections, **** told me the last docking time was at 4:00 pm
