You can cancel by clicking on the "Cancel Ticket" button on your emailed ticket or by logging in to the OurBus website/app and finding the ticket under "My Passes", where you'll have the option to cancel. Once canceled you will be offered a credit into your OurBus Wallet for the amount paid. Wallet credits can be used for your next purchase and have an expiration period of 5 years.
If you purchased your ticket directly from the OurBus website/app and are canceling more than 24 hours before the departure time, you'll also have the option to get a full refund.
I would like to alter my ticket to an earlier or later date. What do I do with my original ticket?
If your scheduled departure is more than 30 minutes away, you can simply cancel your original ticket on our website/app and transfer the money as stored credit to OurBus Wallet. This credit will reflect in your Wallet immediately and you can use this to book another ticket on our website or app. You'll need to pay the difference in fare, if any, for a new reservation. Within 30 minutes to departure, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
