Agent ***** ***** was both friendly and patient helping me gather the information needed to modify flight reservations. The overall experience was quick and quality customer service. 3 starsI am having an incredible frustrating experience with Flights Assist. My issue goes back to September 11, 2024, when I called ********** to inquire about their pending strike. I spoke to a person who I believe was an ** agent. I had 2 air tickets and was concerned about the strike and wanted to consider other options. This person, who I believe was from **, told me he could cancel my ** tickets and I would get my refund within 5 to 10 business days. He promised refund would arrive and I agreed, based on his promise, to purchase 2 West jet tickets and cancel ** tickets. I needed the ** refund to pay my cc card as I could not carry the cost of 4 tickets. Well, after 3 months of talking with these people I am still waiting for my refund. Currently 2 supervisors working on this apparently. We have talked on the phone (at least 25+ times in the past 2 months) and they continuously say to be patient. They promise to call with updates, they don't call. They don't respond to e-mails. The fact that they were able to get me the West Jet tickets tells me they are for real. But me thinks they are scammers, fraudsters, criminals, and all belong in jail. Absolutely disgusted with them!!Review fromPatricia U

Was also scammed by these em people. I called a phone number posted online and believe that I was dealing with ******** directly and was told that I needed to purchase a new ticket to resolve my issues. Purchased new ticket with the understanding that I would receive a refund of the original ticket. ******** refuses to refund ticket and I am out over $1000. Beware!!Flightsassist

I had a nightmare experience with Flightsassist travel agency. I spoke for 90 minutes with Mr. **** about a trip to ***** in October 2024, requesting a Saver Fare. Though he agreed to match Emirates' price, I later learned I couldnt choose my seat with the Special Fare ticket. After many calls to resolve the issue, Mr. **** was unprofessional, and communication with the agency was frustrating. I only received a small refund, but the ticket wasnt upgraded to the Saver Fare. My complaint letter was returned, and customer relations offered no real ************** should avoid this agency and seek alternatives.Flightsassist

Hi Team,We received a call from passenger name ******* ****** **** on 03/12/2024 with contact number - ************ and he requested to book a new flight with Emirates airline from IAD - DXB leaving on10/15/2024 and returning on 10/25/2024. As per customer request we have booked a saver fare and as per Emirates airline, Seat selection is chargeable as per the fare rules. We received and emailstating customer dissatisfaction on 03/27/2024 and we immediately took action on this and initiated full refund of $1145.52 USD also once tickets were booked in saver fare it can't be upgraded asFlex or Flex Plus tickets as per Emirates Airline also as per fare rules free seats were automatically assigned at the time of check in. i booked our cruise through carnival cruise line. we missed the cruise due to bad weather and our flight got grounded. when we got back home i called carnival and got transferred to flightsassist i told them all of our info for the cruise and asked for a refund the *** told me i had to buy trip protection for me and my wife was ******* and some change. he said i would get a full refund of ******* for our suite we had. carnival cruise refunded us port fees and taxes back. flightsassit never should have charged us anything. they have people working with them scamming people out of money. from what i see on here they just give generic response and never refund. this company needs to be sued in a civil suit for everyone on here. i am contacting the *** and have them look into this companyFlightsassist

This place is 100% a SCAM!!!! They misrepresented themselves as *** ******. They will have your booking info because they are a fraudulent company fronted as a travel agency. They charged me $450 for gratuities and only sent $128 to *** and kept the rest as a "Service Fee" and then charged a $9.66 processing fee. They will not respond to calls or emails. Hi Team,We received a call from customer name ******* ***** on 07/13/2024 with contact number - ************ and he called up and said that he would like to pay for the gratuity for his cruise reservation with MSC Cruiseline reservation id - ********. We quoted him a total price of $450 USD and we have also mentioned break up charged ($128 USD + 322 USD) in the email and we have sent an email mentioning the detailed break up information about charged along with ****************** and he agreed for the charges and later on we sent him the receipt on 07/13/2024 along with attached proof that we have paid for the gratuity, we did not receive any call from him stating that he is not happy with the service fees of $322 USD else we would have taken action on that at the same time. On 08/07/2024 we received a dispute from his end and since we have provided all the services which was promised to the customer we have sent all the required documents with customer bank. They reviewed all the documents and later on bank close the case in our favor.ThanksFlightsassist

I ****** searched for **************** customer service and this business number came up. I was trying to change my reservation and they said it was going to be $250. I gave them the card number and they said it was declined so they needed me to say I confirm to an email they sent. Long story short when I got to the airport I was not booked in the flight they said I would be. The airline said they didnt see the changes, and I have a voicemail from the airline saying that they believe I was talking to a business giving me false information. Hi Team,We received a call from customer name ************************ on 09/12/2024 and she requested to change the flight with Alaska Airline with Confirmation number - GACVLX and she was originally booked for Sep 13 in ****** Saver fare and she requested to make changes for Sep 12. We quoted her a price of $251.99 USD and agreed to pay the charges and later on we have sent her the authorization email on email address - ******************* and we spoke to Alaska airline for changes but unfortunately they denied for the changes as per the saver ticket fare rules and we have already raised the same with out accounts department to initiate a refund on priority basis as we were unable to provide the service but before we have taken action to initiate refund we received a dispute from the same customer and since it was already discussed with accounts team that we were unable to provide the services so she will receive refund through dispute process.Thanks
