Worst experience EVER! Purchased an $8,000. trip to ****** and purchased full covered insurance through the them as well for another $600. Was in an accident and needed knee surgery, could not walk to take trip. I provided all required documents from the hospital and medical facilities. They refused to reschedule the trip for me, even though it was an expectable reason for rescheduling according to their web site. They said I had to make a claim through the insurance company instead and re-book through them. I was on hold 3 different days in a row for over 2.5 hours each time just to get through to the travel company. Insurance claim was even worse process. uploaded everything and they denied my claim twice, then over a month later issued me a check for $943.84 and stated it was the maximum amount I could receive on my claim of $8,000!!!!!!! I called and was on hold with them 1-2 hours a day for 5 days in a row trying to process and deal with the issue. I wanted to file and appeal and they told me they do not have an appeals process. So I am out $7,000. for a trip I booked and prepaid PLUS bought full coverage insurance for.Business response

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ********, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:My complaint has NOT been resolved because: They have simply said to "contact" them regarding the complaint which I have already done 5 or more times with no resolve. I will again contact them through this new email they have sent however, I am not confident they will actually respond or resolve the issue since I have been dealing with them for over 2 months with no response whatso ever. Therefor i'd like to keep my claim against them open at this point.
