I am unable to unsubscribe from ********* Travel, a company I have never dealt with and do not wish to deal with.Business response

To whom it may concern,
*************** to complaint #******** on behalf of ShermansTravel Media. My name is *********************, and I am the Director of Email, CRM, and Retention for ShermansTravel Media. The email address provided for the complainant ************************************** does not exist in our CRM. I have attached a screenshot that supports this evidence. Since it does not exist in our CRM, this means we do not and have never sent marketing emails to the complainant.
I am wondering if the complainant visited our site and agreed to receive browser notifications from us. The subscription controls for browser notifications are fully controlled by the recipient. We do not collect or store any PII for browser notifications. I will email the complainant directly and kindly explain this to her.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved.I have pleasure in confirming that Shermans Travel Media have resolved my complaint ... I would like to unsubscribe from all Shermans Travel publications. The link on the bottom of their webpage does not allow me to unsubscribe. Instead it throws the below error message and I can not subscribe from their emails.
