The attendant in the ticket office at Rise scanned our TravelZoo vouchers and let us in but never gave us a receipt or actual ticketn and so we had no proof of VIP status. It wasn't really an issue as the line moved quickly but it would have been nice to get what we paid for.Review from Vivian G

Our Travelzoo coupon for Locanda Veneta was well worth the money! We had an absolutely delicious meal at a wonderful restaurant and we will definitely return. I've been very happy with this purchase as well as hotel purchases that we have made through Travelzoo in the past!Travelzoo Response

The Travelzoo crew is efficient, thorough and communicative. I like that the Travelzoo does not inundate your inbox with daily, random, emails that don't pertain to your preferences. I also appreciate that the advertised deals are usually a good savings, not just "save 5%"! I have had no issues with purchasing, redeeming or even making a change. Responses are typically communicated within 24 hours. Having "restrictions" obvious and easy to read before purchasing is a huge help! All businesses that have redeemed my coupons are cordial about it, even with hotels. Keep 'em coming!Travelzoo Response
