            I've located an unusual charge of $314.94 on my credit card for FuboTv. My subscription should be around $75-85 per month. They make it nearly impossible to reach customer service. I would like an explanation and or a refund, but trying to follow their instructions with a virtual assistant is a joke. 30+ minutes for hold time is also unacceptable.

            Everywhere on the website says start your free trial now in big red letters. I selected the 7-day free trial to watch a soccer game and canceled immediately after on the very same day. I was charged $107!! I called for a refund and they have a no refund policy. They said I must have signed up for a subscription! So unless their scammy website redirected me to a subscription page after I selected the start your free trial now button, then they are liars and they know I never signed up for a subscription. Interestingly enough, when I called in, the automated system asked if I was a current subscriber or a former subscriber. It didnt give me any option to select a seven day trial member so I chose the former subscriber option. When it asked for me to enter my last name, I entered it, and it said that theres no record of me. Exactly, because I never signed up for subscription! This company owes me a refund!!

This information was shared with you throughout the signup process. Were sorry that a refund is not due. We can confirm though that you still have access to your account until August 14th and you will not get more charges from us unless you decide to reactivate.
