    I joined when it was "All the cable channels you love for half the price!". That was true at first, and I loved it! Now, neither of those is true. Even worse, the functionality is terrible. Over the few years I've had Fubo, they've lost channel group after channel group after channel group. In exchange, they keep adding internet channels to make it seem like you're getting some value for your money. The problem is that most of those internet channels are available for free on the...ummm...internet. They changed their focus to sports, but that doesn't change the situation - it's still a lot of internet channels and less and less and less cable channels. Meanwhile the price goes up, up, up!! Even worse, the functionality is TERRIBLE! They do this thing where they overlay their own ads over the broadcast commercials. The problem is that the timing doesn't match. This means their overlaid commercials run past the broadcast commercials, so you miss some of the actual content. If you record programs on the *** and fast forward during the ads, you can see the actual broadcast commercials in the thumbnail screen; and when you stop the fast forward, there's an entirely different ad playing! Seems like no big deal - who cares, as long as I can fast forward through the ads? Here's why that's a problem: Since the timing doesn't match, you can see in the thumbnail when the program resumes; but when you stop fast forwarding, the overlaid ad keeps running. You miss some of the actual program. The program you paid a lot to watch! No way to see it!! If you rewind, you still only get the overlaid Fubo ad. Seems like fraud. I'm paying for programming that I don't get to see. I'm not paying a hefty amount to watch the overlaid Fubo ads; I'm paying for the programming. As soon as my *** is empty, I am ditching them! I'm giving them two stars only because the live experience might be better. I record everything, so it's all bad for me. Plus...zero customer service; chat bot is useless.

    Where to start with this terrible, overpriced, and ill-managed streaming service?This company overcharges like crazy as if its providing a service far superior than others and requires you to purchase every single additional channel you want. Also TV means live viewing. Why does a soccer game get stopped if it goes into extra time if the service is meant to stop when the event itself has concluded? I was thinking of keeping the service for the end of the Spanish soccer season but will not do so now. Avoid this company, they do whatever they can to price gauge and scam you out of money by allowing 5 days for the trial instead of 7. Bad company and they make it very difficult to contact them if anything goes wrong.

Please kindly note that, trial lengths may vary and if a trial subscription is available to you, the length of the trial subscription will be shown to you before the completion of your signup journey.Moreover, we can confirm you subscribed to our Latino package which only offers 52 channels in Spanish. Also, our system allots a limited amount of time for live events on the main menu carrousel, but if you select the event through the guide you will be ale to watch the full content.     I had signed up for the trial and forgot to cancel it. I chatted with their customer service after a couple of days of trial expiration and asked for a refund. They rejected it saying that Fubo is a prepaid service and they cannot refund as the trial was expired. They said they make no exceptions in this regard. Never had such a worst customer service experience in my life.

    Hello *******, please kindly note that we are note responsible for the content broadcasted on the channels we offer since we do not have any control over the programming. **** is a prepaid service and were sorry that a refund is not due.     Never received an email alert about free subscription expiry. Never got alerted about commencement of paid subscription. Never received any email about monthly payments being deducted from my bank account. Never receive payment receipts on my email. I never used their services as their app is unavailable on my TV. When contacted for a refund, refused to refund.

    Never subscribed to them or their crappy free trial. Few weeks ago got an alert from my credit card company for unauthorized and fraudulent charges from this third rate business.Naturally disputed the charges. Recently my credit card company received their poor excuse for a reply. Not only there is NO proof I ever subscribed to their service or a free trial plus their email in file does not even match my email address or my name. Its easy to understand how they operate once you read all their BAD reviews online. This poor excuse for a streaming service should not be in *************** are not getting a dime from me.

    After reviewing your account we were unable to locate any cancellation attempt or contact history requesting a cancellation prior to the charge. **** is a prepaid service and while we cant proceed with your full refund request, we have downgraded your subscription to the monthly plan and refunded the prorated difference of ($232.96). Please allow 7 to 10 business days for the refund to return back to your card. The subscription is set to cancel at the end of the current months period (May 2nd). No further charges will be made unless you decide to reactivate the subscription in the future. Best regards.

    They advertise access to certain games and channels if people sign up and its a total scam. After signing up and paying over $100 for the ************ I did not have access to any *** game. I cancelled within ten minutes of signing up and they refuse to issue a refund.

    I cannot setup an account, they keep telling me my card is declined. I have tried multiple cards from different banks. All the banks say there is no problem and they are not blocking the transaction. Fubo says they can't do anything and basically they don't want my business. I've never tried so hard to give someone my money. Unfortunately, I have no other option to watch local sports from my devices. Reddit threads show many people with the same problem. For a company that hasn't made a profit in at least the last 5 years, I would expect some more support in taking my money. I've never experienced such a thing. Must be a lot of incompetence in the exec team. Explains their dismal stock performance.

    FuboTV overcharged me for a subscription I did not request. ******* was in dispute with **** channels and I wanted to watch college football. So tried a Free Trial with FuboTV for a Basic Subscription. When I enrolled my bank processed a $0.00 charge for the free trial period. At the start the **** channels were not working, so I filed an issue with FuboTV to get them working. Then after the Trial Period FuboTV emailed me there was something wrong with my credit card on my account, yet it had worked the very first minute I enrolled. After a week somehow they miraculously were able to get it to work even though I had done nothing to revise it. These were now obviously a sign of issues to follow. FuboTV does not send out bills or invoices or even receipts of their charges for customer accounts. The only issued history of the ******** are from my bank. When FuboTV started billing my card for my subscription somehow they started charging me for their Elite Plan Quarterly with an additional Sports Plus Subscription when I had only selected their Basic Subscription Monthly. I only discovered this by accident reviewing my FuboTV Account vs other ****************** and realized I was being overcharged for my subscription that I wanted. I personally manually revised my subscription in my Account and sent a claim to FuboTV for the error they had billed to my Account. After multiple rounds they would only offer pennies on the dollar for THEIR ERROR. However, after doing some research I've found hundreds of similar claims for issues similar to mine. So, ALL, BEWARE !!!! This seems to be FuboTV's typical **************** Fraudulent Process to make a profit. And when ********s then attempt to cancel their Subscriptions FuboTV fakes issues with failed attempts to "properly" cancel accounts so they can continue to overbill ******** Accounts.
