On 23 Oct 2023 I purchased a Beachwaver curling iron when it was presented on the TODAY SHOW. The curling iron broke the first time I used it and Ive tried to get a refund from the company but they are not responding to my email which provided the invoice. *** tried to contact the TODAY SHOW via email and I dont get a reply. I will not purchase anything again from your TODAY SHOW OR DEALS AND STEALS!!Review from Marty E.

Last year and this year *** cancelled the scheduled race at ******* and put preseason football on instead.therefore many viewers like myself couldn't watch the race therefore. I feel *** is placing it's woke values over a ********* based sport. It's not right. The only reason I ever watch *** is when they have ****** coverage, and the nite race at ******* is a highly anticipated can based race I want compensated for my financial loss and stress caused by ***.Review from Don C

So I have been paying 10 dollars a month for Peacock premium to get ad free viewing for IMSA Races. In 2022 IMSA races were all commercial free on Peacock. However when I go to watch the Rolex 24 at Daytona there were commercials galore. I brought this to there attention on ******* they responded, "Hello. We greatly appreciate your feedback and will pass this along to the proper departments. Due to streaming rights, a small amount of programming, Peacock channels, live events, and a few TV shows and movies, will still contain ads. Please DM us for any additional assistance". There was no notice of any changes leading up to the race. This was a scam to get people to subscribe to Peacock Premium.Review from John G

On January 25,2022 Spectrum Cable sent me an E-mail offering Peacock streaming service free for one year. I decided to try it. Several days before my trial ended on 1/25/23 I went to my Peacock Account on-line to cancel out because I decided I didn't care to become a paying subscriber. When I went to " My Account " on line there was no clear way to end my subscription. No button to press and no way to indicate i wanted to terminate the service before having to pay. I've been on "My Account" numerous times since with the same lack of results. I 've come to the conclusion that ******* wasn't going to allow me to cancel out because they want to charge my credit card. I called their 800 customer service number. It's always busy. How's that fro customer service? These guys are crooks.Review from Nathaniel O

DO NOT USE YOUR CREDIT CARD. THEY WONT LET YOU CANCEL OR TAKE YOUR CARD OF FILE. EVEN IF YOU GET A NEW CARD THROUGH YOUR BANK THE PAYMENTS GET PUSHED THROUGH!!!BEST THING TO DO IS CONTACT YOUR BANK AND *****DISPUTE EVERY TRANSACTION******.CLOSE YOUR BANK ACCT AND MOST IMPORTANTLY CONTACT YOUR ATTORNEY GENERAL!!! There is no way to contact NBC peacock tv about cancelling subscription svc. I ordered the "FREE" peacock tv and they have been charging me over $5 a month for a year and a half. I actually got someone a while ago and they said they would definitely cancel it and refund my monthly fees. THEY NEVER DID. I called the phone number on my recurring charge bank statement two one two six six four zero *************** and it's a recording saying go to their website then it hangs up. No option to talk to anyone. The website makes it impossible to cancel. the account I have set up does not have any recurring fees on it. I have no idea what this charge is for. I THINK IT"S FRAUD but I cannot contact peacock tv to find out. I am in the process of cancelling my bank account because it's the only way i can cancel this stupid monthly charge. Having an issue during a broadcast is one thing, having guidance on your website telling people to do a whole bunch of troubleshooting when you know for a fact that it is your own infrastructure failing is another. Hedging about the availability of financial recompense for the time that you wasted after multiple failures of your broadcast, support site and chat infrastructure is just the cherry on top. "At the moment we do not have the feature to provide credit" became "A refund is not warranted" and finally " we want to offer you a 3-month voucher of Peacock Premium for free." Not a fan.
