      signed up for streaming vix.com on or about 12/12/2022, error on my email, vix has my email registered as ******************************* instead of ******************************** i was unable to stream, due to incorrect email so i cancelled. my debit card kept getting charged. i did not realize that i was being charged till now. i have called my bank and put in a customer dispute for all charges. i have vix thru my amazon prime account. i pay the 6.99 to prime, ive been dual paying for this subscription. ive also contacted univision ************, and ***** ************. i need a refund for the cancelled account. charges range from 1/2023 till now (16 months), the rep from ***** (*****) reached out to ****** as this service is managed from ******. I requested a call back. i am including screen shot of all charges and a pdf of the email exchange i had with the virtual assistant in ******.

      Better Business Bureau:

      I continued to reach out to ****** streaming and was finally able to conference call with a live rep.  Vix is issuing a 13 month refund back to my bank account.  I checked my account today, the refund is in process, the credit will clear in the next 48 hours.  This response is in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved.

      False advertisement I have a subscription for UnivisionNow and lately the programs announcements are inaccurate and dont coincide with what they are actually showing. The wrong announcements are part of old series that already finished long time ago.I.e., If I want to watch a current serie, then I have to click the wrong announcement to see it. Sample some, to watch Vencer la Culpa at 8pm I need to click Perdona Nuestros Pecados To watch Madre at 9pm I have to click Mi Camino es Amarte and so on.I ask support@univisionow chat for help by repairing the problem many times, I sent emails with complaints one after the other and all I get is automatic responses without any actions. They are a farce. Their subscription is bad, very bad. Please, help me, thank, MV
