These places are staged to look great, but they are dumps. Badly in need of maintenance repairs and deep cleaning. I arrived at 6 pm for a 4 pm check-in and the cleaning person was there..had to leave and come back later. When I got back the bathroom sink was clogged, a broken Nespresso machine with no pods, cords all over, disgusting patio with broken fence. They moved me the next day to an adjacent property...it was so filthy and gross, scuffed ** walls, torn screens blowing in the wind, broken doors, just yucky.

A NIGHTMARE! DO NOT USE THEM. I booked a 2-night stay for a business conference 10/4-10/6. When I arrived there were no keys to the building! A tenant let me in. When I contacted customer service, I couldn't get anyone on the phone. They only communicate through text. It's never the same person. They don't identify themselves and are just middlemen for some phantom "guest services team". The access code to the apartment was wrong. They gave me an old code leaving me and my things vulnerable. Without building keys, there was no way to come and go during my stay. After 4+ hours of texting back and forth with them asking for an ETA on when (or if) they would be able to provide keys, their response was "We are not getting any response from our guest service team". Less egregious, but worth notingthe unit itself reeked of cat pee. There were what looked like blood drips/stains in the bathroom on the vanity and under the toilet. There was no doorknob on the bathroom door! Dirty towels hung on a bookshelf in the bedroom. The dresser drawer was broken and hanging off. I had to scramble to find another place to stay at 10 p.m. at night. As of 10/24, they refused to refund my full payment and stated that their decision was final.

Upon arrival, we were given access code to the wrong apartment which was dangerous as there could have been occupants in the unit at the time we entered. Second, upon getting to the correct apartment we were given access code for keypad but were not allowed to change the access code which left us and our valuables vulnerable. The towel rack fell off the wall when a face towel was placed on it.The temperature regulator (thermometer) was set at a fixed temperature but we were not allowed to change it.The bed was a kit bed that was shaky and uncomfortable to the point we woke up with back aches.The community where the apartment was located was falsely advertised as having a pool which was not the case as it was under renovation/construction. Residents hung out in the public areas to all hours of the night doing drugs, blasting music and drinking alcohol.

STAY AWAY, DO NOT USE THEM... Just returned home from a vacation in ************. Booked an *** *** from **** for the first time and it was the worst experience ever. This company is horrible with the worst customer service in the world! You cannot speak with anyone, everything is through text and they end up just ignoring you. Upon arrival the room stunk so bad we had to air it out and it was filthy. The bed had hair all over it, toilet had pee on it, tub was dirty with hair, pull out couch had food all over it, and the floor was so dirty you couldn't walk around for 5 minutes or your feet would be black. They sent the cleaning crew back out to clean and replace the bedding. We had to leave for over an hour. When we got back it was still dirty so we cleaned ourselves. Sent pictures of everything. There are barely dishes to cook with, glasses broken in the cabinet. The 3rd day there we were locked out because the lock on the door would not work. Went back and forth with them for a few hours until they just completely refused to respond. Called the police who said there was basically nothing they could do to help us. Instead of sending management out to open the door with a key they sent the cleaning company to try their code as if we were dumb and wasn't doing it properly. Apparently it was managements day off and she did not want to come let us in. We ended up having to pay a locksmith to come drill the lock out and replace it to get in. They say they will reimburse me for the locksmith and cleaning fee but have not as of today. They did give us another night for free but I would NEVER stay with company again!!!

STAY AWAY! This multi-unit apartment building in ****************** has no lock on its front door. There was garbage and debris on the front porch. The hallway was dirty and building materials were stacked in it. This is a first floor unit so you will hear every sound in the apartment above, every step, thud, bang, etc. The people above came in at 11 PM and were ** past 2 AM, making noise in their unit and the hall, despite an 8 PM quiet time rule. We had no **** for 4 of the 7 days we stayed. We spent over 8 hrs trying to get it fixed. They never did. They finally stuck us on a network with our neighbors across the hall (NO SECURITY) but there were too many devices - our TV and laptop and theirs, so all we got was buffering. We just gave up. WORST OF ALL - they advertise they have a 24 ********************** but it's just a phone number to send texts to. We don't text, so we had to use email, but we couldn't access email on our laptop because the **** wasn't working. THEY REFUSE TO SPEAK WITH YOU ON THE ***** AT ANY TIME FOR ANY REASON. You send them a text and they'll respond when they like. They are in *** and there is no management on site or even in town apparently. This is totally unacceptable for $2K/week. There is no dresser in the bedroom to put your clothes in, or even a foldable support for your suitcase, so you'll live out of your suitcase sprawled on the floor. The washer/dryer is a single combined unit that did not work. The washer made noises so loud it drowned out the buffering TV and the dryer didn't dry even after running for 3 hours. When told of this, management said we must be doing it wrong, but we followed the instructions to a T. These type units are design flawed. We lost an evening fighting for space at the laundromat. There's no dishwasher or even a strainer to put the dishes in after you've washed them. There are only 4 pieces of everything - 4 plates, 4 glasses, 4 forks (one twisted), etc. See **** for full review.
