I emailed this corrupt company on 3-30-2022 requesting a full and complete refund, and they replied on 4-4-2022: Hi ***,":** *** ***** ** **** **** *** ******** ****** **** **** *** *** ** ** ***** **** ****** ***** ******* ******** **** ****** ***** ***** *** *** ******* ** ***** ** ******** *** *** ****** ** *** ** **** *** ******** ******* ** ******** **** ******** ******* ** ***** ****** ******* **** ****** ** ******* *** ***** ***** ****** ******* **** ************ *** *** ******* *** ******* *** **** ***** * **** ****** ** ******* **** ******* *** *********** ********** *** **** *** ****** ********* **** *** ******** ** *** **** *** * ** * **** ***** ** *** ** *** ******* **** **** ****** ** ******** ** **** **** ***** ** *** ***** **** **** ** ** *** ******* ** ***** ****** *********** ***** ** *********** *** ** **** *** **** ********* ******** *** ****************** ****************"They never refunded my money, in direct legal violation of their advertised "60 Day No Questions Asked Guarantee". These people are a criminal enterprise who willfully refused to honor my refund request which was well within the "60 day time frame" that was advertised. Criminal and sad.Business response

Hello BBB,
I attached the email conversation with the customer, *********************. We responded timely even when the customer communicates in an unacceptable and unprofessional behavior. We did tell him to email us again if the product indeed didn't work for him. Last Friday, May 13th, was his next email after that. We have issues when the customers wish to return their orders and we accept and agree to their return and refund requests.
We offer a 60 days money back guarantee policy, so you can try the product and see if it works for you. You can read more about it here* ***************************************************
This applies to the first 1pc of each product the order.
Anything beyond that will have to be returned in unopened condition for refund.

On 13 February 2022 I ordered the herbal product Tongkat from Anabolic Health. I received the product on March 7. I experienced severe nausea while on this product. I could tell this was not a genuine product as I had taken this supplement from other manufacturers. Per the vendor's return policy, I returned the product 2 weeks later and according to **** th vendor received the product on April 7. I sent several emails to the vendor to follow up on my refund but they never responded.Business response

I reviewed our email correspondences and I can't find an email from you providing us with the tracking number of your returned order.
