On March 12, 2024 I contacted the merchant (the customer care section and customer support section the customer support section is the section that deals with returns and refunds) on how to return the item once it arrived as it was still within the mailing system. The customer care section of the merchant responded that day and cc'd the support section who deals with returns and refunds. On March 15, ******************************************************************************************************************* fact I put it in a new bubble package and mailed it back without having opened the original package it was mailed in. I then emailed the merchant (both the care department and support department) with the tracking number and asked how long it would take to get a refund. I did not receive a response or even an acknowledgment that they received the email with the tracking number. On March 19, 2024 I followed up with another email. I received a response on March 20, 2024 from the customer care department saying 30 days, but no acknowledgment that my tracking number had been received nor any acknowledgment from the support department that they even received my request for a return and refund. I kept track of the item using the tracking number and upon delivery to the merchant, on March 23, 2024 I reached out to the support department that deals with returns and refunds letting them know the item had been signed for by someone on the premises and again asked about the timeline to receive refunds explaining to them that 30 days seemed unreasonable. I received no response. It is now the night of March 25, 2025 and I have yet to hear from the support department even after multiple emails were sent to them since March 15, 2024. I would like my refund now that they have their product back though I suspect I will need to file a dispute complaint with my credit card company. Beware of this company and their lack of communication when it comes to refunds.
