Ordered patches on 2/21/23. Funds were taken from my account in the sum of $55.90. Received no confirmation or that the order had been received but did withdraw $55.90 from my account. On 4-7-22, I ordered 2 Water generators from Regal Talent for $149.00. They sent 4 units and charged me an additional $201.99. They generators were not as advertised and I contacted the seller for a refund and return authorization label. They never responded. PayPal got my original $149.00 back but I could not get them or Mastercard to understand that the second $201.99 order which somehow magicly appeared was not made by me. I have four generators Regal wont allow me to return and no refund. This company are scam artists. They dont respond to emails and there system somehow has the ability to double an order at a higher price and convince PayPal and MC that I legitimately made the order. My question is why do I have four generators, why two orders on 4 -7 and why no customer service response to requested refund and return???? Regal Talent is unprofessional and dishonest. Total Scammers and thieving crooks.Customer response

My credit card statement in October had a charge of $31.94 from PayPal Regaltalent on it. I have no idea who or what this is. I filed a complaint with my credit card bank. They came back to me saying the charge was legit as I "had received services" and now I have my November statement and the charge is back on. I do not know (and the bank did not tell me) WHAT this is for. I do not have a PayPal account. I do not know WHO Regal Talent is. If this charge is in fact legit, I will pay but I need to know what I am paying for. Please, please check this out and get back to me. **************.
